Of course... if you aren't using web 2.0 technology to recruit already you are behind all your peers... I use it all the time and know other recruiters who almost use it exclusively.
Of course! Anything I can to find candidates that my competitors don't already have because of Monster or Careerbuilder resume postings, I will do.
LinkedIn is a better than my own company website in letting potential candidates learn about me and my firm.
