Mainstreaming Social Inclusion

• strengthening the capacities in central and local state institutions

• achievement of a more balanced regional and human resourcesdevelopment through a local focus and in a cross border context

• economic and social development of the country by reducing its regionaldisparities, by the means of improving the transport, environment, socialand rural infrastructure
