AUTOCRAT 28.4%
THE IMPACT ON STAFF TURNOVER CAN BE HUGE. COMPARED TO A CONSENSUS MANAGER:
1. Ask ‘What do you think we should do in this situation?'
2. Recognise that you are not always right, and acknowledge it openly
3. Listen first and resist reacting with your initial thought
