Introduction

• April 20, 1889 Hitler was born in Braunau, Austria.

• February 25, 1932 granted German citizenship.

• January 30, 1933 became Chancellor of Germany

• August 2, 1934 became the supreme leader of Germany by assuming both the powers of president and chancellor.

• April 30, 1945 committed suicide in the Berlin bunker

• Hitler was very famous among his people. He used to be in them and treated as a family, he had an amazing power of concentration , his judgments are quick and decisive.

• ""Germany will either be a world power or will not be at all.“

• "Those who want to live, let them fight, and those who do not want to fight in this world of eternal struggle do not deserve to live."“

It quotes like this which shows the ruthlessness and the

determination of how Hitler works and what he says.

• All of these qualities is what Hitler had as a Leader. by having all of these qualities He was able to control nearly all of the German Population and was able to control them. During some of his speeches He usually waited until speaking and he says what the people want to hear and needs.

Conclusion• Hitler leadership styles comes under Directing

style (S1). In this approach, the leader focuses communication on goal achievements, and spends smaller amount of time using supportive behaviors. In this style, a leader gives instructions about what and how goals are to be achieved by subordinates and then supervises them carefully.

Conclusion• Hitler took full advantage of his positional power at

that point it was too late for anyone to oppose him. At each level the superior was to give the orders, the subordinates to follow them.

• Hitler’s ability to manipulate people into thinking that he was their friend in order to achieve his goals.

• Hitler’s primary goal was to expand Germany. In light of this goal. Hitler made sub-goals that involved eliminating certain armies that would hinder in his goal.
