friends have access to all the resources, facilities and amenities of our larger community, tailored

to meet their individual needs.

Snyder Park is located on our second level and is part of the health care center. In addition to bright

and airy private rooms, Snyder Park residents enjoy cheerful common rooms and easy access

to the freshly-refurbished rooftop patio.

Snyder Park is designed for residents who require a higher level of personal and nursing care, with

an emphasis on nurturing our residents’ abilities in a safe, secure environment.

The staff at Snyder Park is comprehensively trained in both dementia care and nursing care. So they are uniquely qualified to offer compassionate attention and specialized programming designed to engage

residents at every level of ability.

A structured calendar of activities provides a sense of community and is designed to meet

each individual resident’s specific needs with compassion and dignity.

The Hermitage provides a welcoming home to residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia-related illness

at all stages of their journey, from Independent Living to 24-Hour Nursing Care Care in Snyder Park. For

more active residents with dementia-related illnesses, McGuire Park is located on our “garden level” and

includes a beautiful, freshly-decorated sunroom and kitchen and full access to The Hermitage’s secure garden area, along with attractive private rooms.
