• Don’t use cluttered slides (if you do animate in judiciously)

• Use color to draw viewers eye.• Use bullets/text boxes versus prose• Graphs are another way to present tabular

data that are easy to see.• Never have a reference slide! If something

needs to be referenced do it on that slide.• Slides with lots of text are bad (like this one)
