Goals:1.Capitalize on current resources to expand LSCS’s capacity to lead and support Hispanic student achievement

2.Develop specific partnerships with K-12, universities, businesses, and others to increase access for Hispanic students

3.Provide a voice in Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and Texas Legislature in support of increasing Hispanic student achievement

4.Establish LSCS as an innovator and national leader in Hispanic student achievement

5.Facilitate awareness, networking, best practices exchange and innovation.
