Completing ApplicationEach page of the application must be completed. There are a number of mandatory fields (*) in the application. An error message will appear if a mandatory field is missing.Once each page is completed click on (12).Click on at anytime to return to the application. See following page on how to navigate back to saved applications.When clicking , it does not navigate away from current page. This is the same process for each page of the form.

Filling Out Saved Forms

Navigate to the page that needs editing.

Select .This must be selected on each page before any changes can be made.

Once the saved application is selected, the below screen appears. Select which page to edit. For each page that is selected, (17) must be selected each time.

Deleting Saved Forms

Select to display options. Click Delete.

After selecting a saved application, if it is still in draft form (i.e. it had not been submitted), it can be deleted. To delete a saved application, click on the (18) and select the Delete option and confirm (19). NOTE: you cannot retrieve deleted forms.

Printing Saved Forms

Select to display options. Click Download.

After selecting a saved application, you can print it by clicking on and selecting the Download option (20). A new tab will open in print preview (21).

To enter information into a grid, click on .

Throughout the application the following button will appear: . This button is used to add information into a grid.The example below is adding locations. The button opens another screen to add other delivery locations.

Once is selected a new screen will be displayed. Once completed, select

to return to previous screen. You can only make one entry at a time.

Attachments

22Select to attach files, notes or urls.If selecting Add Files, the following dialogue box will appear.

Where attachments are required, click on the to add them. Three options will appear - Add Files, Add Note and Add url. Selecting Add Files will open a dialogue box to allow the user to attach documents from their computer.NOTE – a maximum file size of 10MB per attachment is recommended.

Removing Attachments

Submission of ApplicationOnce the form is completed, submit via the (24) button. (This could appear on the left or right hand side of the page, depending on how the form was completed). Once submitted, the form cannot be edited or deleted. After submission, a PDF copy of the application will be emailed to the designated officer. To see the completed application, follow the steps to see Saved Forms (page 10).Error messages will appear if the user has missed a mandatory field (*).
