Conduct detailed phone discussions determining a candidate’s current situation, ideal situation, technical proficiencies, work experience, salary history, location, other opportunities, etc..
Meet face to face with the potential employee to determine our client’s cultural fit
Technical assessment using Prove IT to determine a potential employee’s proficiency within a specific area
Conduct recent and relative reference checks from past employers (managers / supervisors)
Finalized lockdown with potential employee to ensure interest level, commitment, and qualification match

Present potential employee to client Hiring Manager for review
Facilitation / Coordination of pre employment process
Drug, Background, and Credit check if requested
Conduct regular customer and employee satisfaction surveys. SkillStorm will use this info to recognize good performance, recommend training and suggest improvements, whenever necessary.
