• The shin bone is a long and strong bone that keeps the knee and foot to together.

• The longest bone in the body is the Femur.

• The Femur is connected to the hip.

• The knee cap is called the Patella.

• The humerus keeps the shoulder and lower arm together.

Joints • The hip joint is like a shoulder joint. It is called a

ball joint.• There are joints in between the bones of our

fingers.• Without joints you would not be able to move your

arms, legs and neck.• Two types of joints are the hinge and the ball and

socket joint.• Dislocated joints can be popped back in by a

doctor.• joints can medically replaced with stainless steel or

toughened plastic.• A majority of people will get arthritis which will

cause there joints to swell and give them a lot of pain.
