Sinotrans POC Project Background
When POC project is confirmed, we involved iTech by asking AM to book iTech resources
We made the schedule and assigned tasks to iTech (eg. Instance cloning)
Phase 1: CDH Testing
When the object of this phase is confirmed, we involved iTech by asking AM to book iTech resources
We made the schedule and assigned tasks to iTech (eg. Coding work for data synchronization via InterConnect )
Phase 2: Data Synchronization Testing
Specify requirements clearly for iTech to avoid re-work
Key Learnings when working with iTech
We will customize a .jsp and then deploy it onto the CDH instance
The logic for the custom .jsp as the diagram on the next slide
