SiteRemote is a software solution for monitoring and remote maintenance of computers running SiteKiosk Windows and SiteKiosk Android.

SiteRemote server is based on ASP.NET / IIS and runs on Microsoft Windows server. The database is Microsoft SQL Server. The installation of SiteKiosk software is required in the client machines.

SiteRemote shows you the status of your systems and lets you perform maintenance work remotely.

New content and updates are easily distributed to all selected clients.

SiteRemote integrates easily with any existing infrastructure as cloud service at www.siteremote.net for small to large deployments or as a stand-alone server in your data center for large deployments.

SiteRemote supports the following languages in the user interface: English, German, French, Russian and Spanish. Other languages can be set up on a stand-alone server (purchase).

No matter which specific application is required at the retail location, SiteKiosk and SiteRemote provide the platform for continuous operation with monitoring, logging, remote maintenance and file synchronization. Provisio supports self-developed customer software at the POS, as well as complete solutions as a passive or interactive customer terminal. Through simple customizations and interfaces, the system can be easily integrated into existing infrastructure.

Remote administration and monitoring offers a simple and cost effective method of administering your remote computers and devices. For several satellite branches, it is possible to ensure error-free and permanent operation of workstations without local IT specialists. SiteRemote automatically alerts the service team in case of critical errors or missing consumables (such as toner low or paper).

Content Management via SiteRemote: Whether as an information board in a lobby, as a way finding system, or as a product consultant, SiteKiosk offers self service functions on-site. SiteRemote complements this with up to the minute content and remote monitoring. A standard browser is enough to use all functions of SiteRemote, regardless of your location.
