A new fabric style that goes with today’s vehicle interiors.


We buy the complete specific dashboard for a vehicle and our craftsmen create a custom two-piece mold which duplicates the contours and details of the dash.

Plastic PET containers arepicked up at communityrecycling centers, then sorted by type & color.

They are stripped of their labels and caps, washed and crushed, then

chopped into flake.

The flake is melted and extruded to create fiber. The fiber is crimped,

cut, drawn and stretched into desired lengths, then baled.

The baled fiber can beprocessed into fabric for a variety of

textile product end uses.

Special finished Foss® fiber carpet is placed in the mold and shaped using pressure and heat.

The molded carpet, now contoured to the exact shape of the dash, is removed, trimmed and finished.

For DashMats: Our standard procedure is to place embroidery and logos on the passenger side; however, there canbeexceptions to that rule. If a dashboard iscompletely or mostly flat, we will place them in the center of the mat, halfway between the driver and passenger. Depending on the way certain dashboards are designed, theresometimes isn’tan ideal locationtoaddthemforgood visibility, but we use our best judgment to position themwhere theycanbemosteasilyseen.
