Auto Express Rating!We are very pleased to announce that in a recent test carried out by the UK consumer magazine Auto Express, TRICO scored 4 stars for our Exact Fit product.

The tests were carried out over an extended period of time and were tested against the equivalent Bosch blade.

Auto Express say “These TRICO Exact Fit blades do indeed seem to fit perfectly, whatever car you’ve bought them for... Once in place we found they didn’t squeak on a dry screen and as the rain began to fall during our test they delivered an even wipe. At higher speeds as the rain became more aggressive they proved strong performers”.

Automechanika UK 7th - 9th June

OE SpotlightTRICO was awarded the OES Front Wiper Blade Business by Daimler for 4-Off its prestigious Vehicles:- E-Class W-211, CLS C-219, SL R-230 and SLR Mclaren R-199. To capture this business, TRICO developed its highest performance, Premium Phase III Beam Blade over a condensed 10 month period, to meet Daimler’s stringent performance criteria.

Since its launch in June 2013, it has delivered an exemplary quality performance with zero defects. TRICO has maximised the benefits of its OEM/OES development, by transferring its successful Phase III Blade design through to its Aftermarket Exact Fit Beam Range of Blades launched Dec. 2014.

MAFCO recently ordered joint TRICO & MAFCO branded clocks. Once in stock they sent a number of clocks to their top TRICO customers; they were very well received and are a great reminder of TRICO whenever they check the time!

MAFCO are now stocking our TRICO Spray washer pump range, so they’re using the remaining clocks to boost the launch. When you buy a stock pack of washer pumps you get a clock included in the order. Andy Kay, Operations Director at MAFCO says “The feedback on the clock has been great, and every customer we’ve visited have their’s displayed in store!”

We are pleased to confirm that we’re working on an update to our well established FISTER brand of economy conventional blades, to be launched in June. Keeping the well recognised black & yellow colour scheme, the box artwork has been updated to give a more modern and striking appearance, and now includes the TRICO logo to help reassure your customers of the blade quality.

The blade has also been updated with a new universal clip that is suitable for 9x3mm hook arm, 9x4mm hook arm, side pin and 7mm bayonet applications. All part numbering, barcodes and outer box quantities will remain the same.

With a range of 15 part numbers, FISTER offers 98% conventional parc coverage and is a perfect economy product for those markets and customers that are price sensitive but still require the assurance of a quality tested and approved product.
