To make environmental friendly changes
for the waste discharge truck. The vehicle
has been consuming a lot of petrol to
travel its route and electricity to pressure
the waste load.
Some of the group members suggested
sending the waste to the incineration
plant. But, this will involve a lot of logistics
planning. Others would prefer to design
an environmental waste discharge truck.
The design of the environmental waste discharge truck idea was adopted. However, a prototype of
the truck was made. It will have a solar panel to convert solar energy to green energy in the battery
cells. Also, the pressurized waste load will be by hydraulic mechanism so as to minimize power usage.
The feedback was positive for the prototype ideas among Bukit View Primary School teachers.
There are a total of 5 members involved in this project.
