Manufacturing Process For Silica-Gel Granules, are as under:-

1. Silica-Gel is manufacture inside a large iron tank with fiber coating. This Tank is divide into two chambers separated by a stainless-steel sieve. On this sieve we put 25 Kgs. of round resin balls. These resin balls control the flow of acid and also act as a catalyst.

2. In upper chamber we flow 300 Kgs./Lt. concentrated acid and in the lower chamber there is 1000 Kgs. Of sodium-silicate solution. Due to these resin balls, Conc. Acid slowly mixes and reacts with sodium-silicate solution and makes paste of silica-oxide (Common known as Silica-Gel).

3. In this paste of silica-oxide we mix cobalt-chloride solution for blue indicating type property of Silica-Gel Granules.

4. After that the paste of silica-oxide dry-up under sun-light or in electric drier. The dried Silica-oxide breaks in different mesh and gives blue crystals of Silica-Gel Granules.

5. The milky-blue crystals of Silica-Gel Granules contain the traces of un-reacted Acid, un-reacted sodium-silicate and newly formed salt. So we wash these blue crystals of Silica-Gel Granules with dilute acid water and again dry-up.

6. We repeat this washing process for three times. The milky-blue color of Silica-Gel Granules changes to transparent-blue sugar-size granules.

7. After that we pack these granules in 40G.S.M (Gram Per Sq. Mt.) Printed Non-Woven Interlining Cloth Pouches.

8. To maintain good quality and dark blue color of Silica-Gel granules and also to kill micro-organism on Interlining Cloth Pouches, we put these pouches in Aluminum Tray Drier for 2 Hours at a constant temperature of 60 C.

9. After that we pack these Blue Silica-Gel Pouches in 1Kg. Transparent L.D. Poly Bags.

10.After that we pack 25 Packets of 1Kg. Blue Silica-Gel Pouches in a master carry bags.

Raw Material Require :-

Basic Raw Material for Silica-Gel Pouches are Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Silicate Solution, Non-Woven Interlining Cloth and PVC Printing Ink For Printing the Interlining Roll.

Quality Control Equipments :- Aluminum Tray Drier, Hot Air Blower, Laboratory Equipments, Physical/Chemical Balance, Test-Tubes, etc. How To Use :- Put one Silica-Gel Pouch in contact with the goods and then wrap the goods with paper/tissue paper/polythene bag/etc. Before putting your goods in a Master Cartoon, put one Silica-Gel Pouch in each corner of the Master Cartoon

and the fill the Master Cartoon with your goods. Then again put one Silica-Gel Pouch in each corner of completely filled Master Cartoon. Then seal the master cartoon with self adhesive tapes.

This is to certify that Our Highly Activated, Triple refined White Silica-Gel Granules are made with the reaction between Sodium-Silicate Solution and Sulphuric Acid Or Hydrochloric Acid. It contains Silica-oxide, traces/negligible quantity of Sulphuric Acid Or Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium-Silicate, Sodium-Sulphate Or Sodium-Chloride, Iron Or Iron-Oxide, Calcium-Oxide, and Ammonia in White Silica-Gel Granules.

In Blue Silica-Gel only, all the above chemicals are there, but traces/negligible quantity of Cobalt Or Cobalt Chloride is also there.

Our Silica-Gel Granules are Triple refined , Highly Activated and 98% Moisture Free. So their moisture absorbing capacity is on very higher side, as compared to the others.
