• Founded in 1971, with a modest 3-ton arc furnace and a rolling mill, located in

Jalna, propelled by the vision of its chairman, Sri Shantilal G. Peety

• To control quality, we have integrated the complete manufacturing process,

which takes place at our own plants:-

-Dhanlaxmi Sponge Iron – converting high grade iron ore to sponge iron

-SRJ Peety Steels Pvt. Ltd.– processing billets from premium quality sponge iron

-Shree OM Rolling Mills – manufacture of prime TMT 500

-Shashwati Infrastructure Ltd. – customized pre-cut and pre-bent bars .
