Kingsley Calvo-Jordan is a wine connoisseur for Grape Beginnings, a Minnesota-based wine distributor. He enjoys his interaction with wine reps and gets a kick out of work-ing with customers. He says, “Know your product, get used to hearing no for an answer...and don’t take it personally!”Carole Garrigos began her culi-nary career at the local old favorite, Cocolezzone, where she fell in love with the food industry. From there, she has built a reputation in the cater-ing, hospitality and entertainment industries where her passion for food stands above all.
