THE BASICS

SHOEfabrik offers value added services ranging from Line Building to Product Creation, Quality Control and, ultimately, Production delivery

Close to half of the team are expatriates that all have extensive experience working with leading global brands and creating / managing world class product.

Our expertise is with Athletic, Outdoor, Casual, Comfort, Lifestyle, Sandals, Wellness and Occupational/Safety footwear.

We have factory relationships throughout Asia and deploy personnel wherever/whenever it is needed to provide consistent onsite coverage to support our clients needs.

Having worked for many years from both sides of the business table, the company has developed a fresh business philoso-phy that is promoted internally and shared externally with customers, factories and suppliers.

Each step of the product process is designed to specifically align directly to the needs of the client, using the strengths of the organization to create and build the best possible products, from the very first sample to the last pair of production, consistently and on-time.

...but may not have all the necessary in-house resources, experience or relationships needed to really drive product creation and production sourcing in Asia at the highest level.

A SHOEfabrik collaborative partnership provides a truly competitive edge for both established and emerging brands, allowing them to eliminate product worries and focus entirely on growing their business.

Our full service approach means that we create and manage everything from initial product brief through to mass production shipment, with a permanent presence at source.

We completely control the process just as if your own company had a dedicated Design Dept., Development Managers and Liaison Office in the country of manufacture, as well as a permanent presence located within each manufacturing partner’s production facility.

We inspect every single production order prior to approval for shipment, and monitor the production lines all day/every day to ensure that the quality standards are consistently met and improved upon.

SHOEfabrik’s organization is structured to apply the maximum resources from start to finish.

Using an innovative, and highly effective approach SHOEfabrik has built an evolved matrix organization consisting of teams for each functional area, led by experts whose purpose is to support the Brand Directors.

Brand Directors coordinate with team leaders from each functional area, while leading the product charge. Team heads and members from production, QA, technical services, commercialization, costing, logistics and administration provide full crossover support on every project.

Unlike the typical silo structure in other sourcing organizations, the Brand Director offers the Brand a single dedicated window to drive the business forward….

….From Concept To Container

Each brand SHOEfabrik works with has its own dedicated product creation team led by a highly experienced Brand Director.
