International Women’s Day Morning Tea
On Friday the 6th of March 2020, the SRC and prefects attended the
International Women’s Day morning tea at Strathfield Town Hall, along with
other schools and members of the Strathfield community. This year, the
theme of International Women’s day was “Each for Equal'' meaning we should
all be equal regardless of gender. We were fortunate enough to be able to
listen to many inspirational speeches and stories by such amazing women
about the importance of equality in genders and how we should strive
towards gender equality for our future. We are very thankful and honoured to
have been able to attend such an important event and represent SGHS.

On Thursday 27th of February 2020, 4 faculty leaders and 4 SRC leaders attended Marie Bashir Primary school.
