Throughout your employee’s assignment, we provide you with full expense management support, including claims processing, reimbursements and invoicing. Expense management makes the process of managing many global assignments simpler and more cost-effective for our clients.

We begin with a thorough understanding of your company’s relocation policies and practices, different types of expenses and associated approval process. Next, we present host country’s expenses regulation, assuring compliance and/or advising on potential improvements.

One of the most fundamental aspects of your employee’s relocation is their new home. Our home search programme will find a suitable home for them and their family, in good time, in line with policy and budget.

We have been finding and securing homes for our clients for decades; we have experience sourcing them all over the world. As such, we can accompany your employees throughout the entire process.

As in all things, knowledge is power; understanding the employee and their family’s needs is intrinsic to finding them the perfect home, no matter where in the world they are moving to. So, we begin the home search journey with an in-depth discussion about them, their lifestyle, family and preferences for their new home.

Home search We stay with our assignees every step of the way, short-listing properties, accompanying them on viewings, sharing our local knowledge. When the new home is found we can negotiate the lease arrangements, arrange an inventory check-in, connect the utilities and arrange to pay the security deposit and rent subject to a funding agreement being in place.

We also provide ongoing support for up to three months, in case there are any issues arising in relation to the home.

As part of our services to help your employees settle into their new location quickly, we offer a variety of language training programmes, focusing on developing language and grammar for business and for socialising.

Working with groups or one-to-one tuition, delivered in language schools, in your employees’ homes or online, our language training programmes are entirely flexible to your circumstances.

The two most popular ‘types’ are intensive, whereby the student takes one or two weeks of full language immersion and moderate, two 1½ to 2 hour sessions per week.

If it is required or preferred, your employee can be formally assessed, through examinations, questionnaires, reports and appraisals, or informally through continuous feedback, observations and self-assessment.

We have found that relocating employees with a higher level of language aptitude fit into their new cities faster, and perform better in their workplace as a result.

Departure Services

Our team’s years of experience working in property and tenancy management means they are exceptionally well placed to manage the end of your employee’s tenancy when its time to move on.

We aim primarily to minimise dilapidations and for the full and timely release of the security deposit. We manage the following:

We provide our clients with a bespoke, highly customised Web Portal from the beginning of our contract. This supports all the areas of our relocation programme, and keeps both you and your employees informed, organised and on schedule.

In the areas accessible by the employee, they will find everything they need to understand and manage their relocation, including:

• Contacts: details for all personnel relevant to the move, from your team and from ours

• Calendar: where all upcoming dates, such as for surveys, packing and shipment delivery can be found

• Move tracking: using GPS coordinates, your employee can see exactly where their household
