Compliance CSS is a leading provider of services that assist employers in ensuring they remain compliant with a wide range of legislation. CSS offer audits and advice covering:

Services include undertaking a thorough audit of

compliance with the Health & Safety (First-Aid) Regulations

1981 with assistance with the assessment of needs, record

checking and examination of first-aid materials, equipment

and facilities.

Services include carrying out an audit of compliance with

the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 including

examination of the premises and relevant documents to

ascertain how the premises are being managed according

to fire safety. This includes examination of fire risk

assessments, action plans, emergency plans, protective

measures, fire drills and training and evidence of testing of

fire equipment.

Provision of annual and ad hoc Health & Safety Audits to

ensure compliance with legislative requirements including

review of Health & Safety systems, identification of staff

training needs, risk assessment of key workplace hazards,

effectiveness of existing management control measures

and recommendations for improvement.

Provision of a thorough Food Safety Audit to alert

businesses to what they need to do to comply with food

hygiene regulations and so avoid costly legal action being

taken against them. This will include inspection of a

business’s food premises and ascertaining if their HACCP

plan (Food Safety Management System) is working.
