OBJECTIVES

To create awareness amongst end users about fundamental and working principle of centrifugal pumps, so that they can operate and maintain the equipment very efficiently.To develop and enhance technical skills of service staff and delivery partners to handle problems arising at the field.The syllabus of the program has been designed by KBL so as to offer best theoretical as well as hands on knowledge to our valued customers and delivery partners. The training imparted is backed by KBL's century old expertise and experience and thorough understanding customers requirements. Enriched by objective feedback from delegates who have benefited by attending this training program previously. It is our endeavor to provide our customers excellent product knowledge as part of our after sales department. We are continuously designing our training module to improve our training pattern based on feedback of participants and suggestions received from sites.This helps us tweak our syllabus for better fit.

REGISTRATION

With this training schedule, is a registration form which needs to be filled with relevant detail and send to our nearest office along with demand draft of fee as prescribed below. On receipt of DD confirmation of registration will be intimated to participating companies by email, phonically by KBL by our training /Customer Service and Spare department.

n Construction and design details of KBL product range

n Construct ional and operat ional detai ls of Mechanical seal & API plans

n Commissioning and alignment procedures

n Constructional details of bearing, bearing fitment procedures and maintenance of Bearing

n Best practices to be followed – pre and post assembly

n On-job training at our shop floor- (correct assembly & dismantling procedures)

n Trouble shooting & maintenance

n Pump selection criteria.

n Importance of Genuine spare parts & Effect on pump performance. n
