The start page is the welcome page of the project. This page show options like ABOUT US,
DOWNLOADS, FAQ, CONTACT US. This page also has options for admin login and also employee’s
login.
The latest news concerning this department is also displayed in this page.

On clicking CONTACT US, the following contact details of the department gets displayed.
On clicking the ADMINISTRATOR LOGIN in the left down corner of the page a new page opens where
the Administrator can log in with his user name and password. The screen shot of the admin login
page is displayed below:-

The administrator logs in with the username “admin” and password “admin”.
After entering the username and password the blue coloured “ENTER” button should be clicked. On
clicking the “ENTER” button the user is redirected to the home page of the administrator.

On the top, just below the Ashoka Stambha picture there is a horizontal blue coloured row which
displays several options named “OFFICER MANAGEMENT”, “QUERY LIST”, “ACR MANAGEMENT”,
“LEAVE MANAGEMENT”, “NEWS MANAGEMENT” & “CHANGE PASSWORD”.
On the left side there are a list of menus in form of blue coloured blocks. The menus are “ASSET
MANAGEMENT”, “HIERARCHY DETAILS”, “QUICK TASKS”, “DATA ENTRY”. Below these menus, there
is a light blue coloured box displaying “USER LOGIN DATA”. In this box the IP (Internet Protocol) ,
login time is displayed. Below the “USER LOGIN DATA” more two light blue coloured box is shown
displaying “IMPORTANT NOTICE” and “DOWNLOADS”.

In the middle, there is a heading written “PENDING TASKS”. Below this, there are two boxes , one of
them indicating “ NUMBER OF PENDING ACRS WAITING FOR ACTION” and “LEAVE APPLICATION
PENDING”. The screen shot of this portion is displayed below:-
Just beside the “NUMBER OF ACR WAITING FOR ACTION” there is a link “VIEW DETAILS”.

On clicking the “VIEW DETAILS”, the following page opens:-
This page deals with the status of the Personal Appraisal Report of individual I.A.S. officers.
The name of the officer is chosen in the dropdown box .

According to the name of officer selected in the dropdown list, the Performance Appraisal Report of
the respective officer is displayed.
Above the table, there are tabs written “COPY”,”CSV”,”EXCEL”,”PDF”,”PRINT”. These tabs are self-
explanatory.

ASSET MANAGEMENT:-
This menu deals with IMMOVABLE ASSET & MOVABLE ASSET of the officers.

On clicking the “Enter IPR History” the following page is displayed:-
Through this page the admin can enter the details regarding Immovable Assets of the officer. In this
page several details of the officer is to be entered in the fields specified. The fields are self-
explanatory.

On clicking the “Enter MPR History” the following page is displayed:-
Through this page the admin can enter the details regarding Movable Assets of the officer. In this
page several details of the officer is to be entered in the fields specified. The fields are self-
explanatory.
HIERARCHY DETAILS:-
This menu deals with the ACR & LEAVE hierarchy of the employees.

The admin selects the options accordingly and the ACR hierarchy gets successfully inserted.

On clicking the ENTER NEW OFFICER option the following page is displayed:-

It deals with the process of entering the details of a new IAS officer.
The admin must enter the idcode and first name and last name of the new IAS officer and must
click the PROCEED button.
The idcode must start with the letters “ 01WB” as indicated beside the space to enter the idcode.
After entering the idcode, first name and last name the admin must click the PROCEED button.
On clicking the PROCEED button, the following page gets displayed:-

This page deals with the details of the IAS officer. The admin must fill up the required fields as
indicated and then the UPDATE button should be clicked to enter the filled details.
The name of the officer which was entered in the ENTER NEW OFFICER tab gets already
highlighted in the name of officer in this page.
Just below the NAME OF THE OFFICER there is a blue bordered box with the heading “Personal
Information Details”.
In this Personal Information Details tab, the admin must enter the details respective of the officer.

The first information to be entered is the email address. There is a red star beside Email Id which
indicates that this field is mandatory.
The next information to be entered is the mobile number. A red star is also present indicating this
to be a mandatory field.
The third information to be entered is the father’s name of the officer. This is also a mandatory
field.
The next information to be entered is the Date Of Birth. This is also a mandatory field. The format
of the date to be entered is DD-MM-YYYY.
The next information to be entered is the Gender. If the officer is male then the round space
beside “MALE” is to be clicked and if female, then the round space beside “FEMALE” is to be
clicked.
Next the admin must enter the marital status of the officer. The admin must choose the marital
status of the officer and click accordingly.
The next information to be entered is the Spouse’s Name. The name of the spouse of the officer is
to be entered here. This field is also a mandatory field.
The next field is CASTE. There is a dropdown list to select the caste. The admin choose among the
options specified in the dropdown list to select the caste of the officer.

The next field is RELIGION. There is a dropdown list to select the religion. The admin must choose
the required religion from the list of the religions.
The next field is MOTHER TONGUE. There is a dropdown list to select the mother tongue. The
admin must choose the mother tongue from the list of the mother tongues
.

The next field is BLOOD GROUP. There is a dropdown list to select the blood group. The admin
must choose the required blood group from the list of the blood groups.
The next field is Drug Allergy. If the officer has any Drug Allergy then “YES” is to be elected else
“NO”.
If “YES” is selected in the Drug Allergy field then the REMARKS field must be filled else the
REMARKS field must be kept blank.

The last field in the PERSONAL INFORMATION DETAILS is the PAN Card Number. The admin must
enter the PAN of the officer here.
The next block contains the ADDRESS DETAILS of the officer. This block deals with the details of
the address of the IAS officer.
The first detail to be entered in this block is HOME TOWN. The home town of the officer is to
entered here.

The next field to be entered is STATE OF DOMICILE. There is a dropdown list to provide the names
of the state. The user must select the required state from the list.
The next detail to be entered is the PRESENT ADDRESS & PERMANENT ADDRESS.
The user must type in the address of the officer in the specified fields.

After entering the address, the user must enter the country. A dropdown list is provided for it.
The user must choose the country from the list .
After the country is selected, the user must select the state. A dropdown list is provided to select
the STATE. The user must choose the state from the list of states.

After the state is selected , the PINCODE is entered. The user types in the PINCODE of the officer.
The next block is QUALIFICATION & LANGUAGE DETAILS. This deals with the qualification and
languages known by the officer.

In the left side of the block, there is “ADD QUALIFICATION” button.
Clicking on this button, the following window opens.
This window deals with the details of new qualification of the officer to be added. The name and
idcode of the officer is displayed on the top of the window. There are three dropdown lists to add
the details of the qualification.

The first dropdown list deals with the DEGREE. The degree of the officer is selected here. The
admin selects the required degree from the dropdown list.
The next dropdown list shows the list of streams of study. The admin chooses the required stream
from the list.

The third dropdown list shows the list of subjects. The admin selects the required subject of the
officer from the list. The list of subject depends on the stream chosen in the second dropdown
list.
After selecting the DEGREE, STREAM & SUBJECT the admin must click on the ADD QUALIFICATION
button in the lower right side of the window.

On clicking this button the selected qualification gets added successfully and the entered
qualification is displayed.
Next to the ADD QUALIFICATION button, there is DELETE QUALIFICATION button. In order to
delete any qualification from the list of qualifications, this button is to be clicked.

On clicking the DELETE QUALIFICATION button, the following window opens.
Here, the name and idcode of the officer gets displayed on the top of the window.
The list of qualifications added gets displayed below it.

In the list of the qualification, the admin must choose the required qualification. In the list of
qualifications, a DELETE option is provided in the right side of each row.
On clicking this DELETE option, the chosen qualification gets deleted, and this message appears.
Clicking on OK button, the qualification gets deleted and the result gets reflected in the page.

In the right side of the QUALIFICATIONS & LANGUAGE DETAILS block, there is ADD LANGUAGE
option.
Clicking on this button, the following window opens.

The name and idcode of the officer is displayed on the top of the page.
A dropdown list is provided to select the language. The admin chooses the language from the list

After choosing the language form the dropdown list, the admin must click the ADD LANGUAGE
button on the lower right side of the window. On clicking the ADD LANGUAGE button, the chosen
language gets added.
The added language gets displayed in the main page.

In order to delete language, the admin must click on the DELETE LANGUAGE button. The DELETE
LANGUAGE button is just beside the ADD LANGUAGE buton.
On clicking the DELETE LANGUAGE button, the following window opens.
The name and idcode of the officer is displayed on the top of the window.

The list of languages is displayed here and beside each language there is DELETE option.
Clicking on this DELETE option the language gets deleted.

After the QUALIFICATIONS AND LANGUAGE DETAILS block, the next block deals with the
RECRUITMENT DETAILS.
The admin must enter the required details of the officer as per the fields mentioned in the
RECRUITMENT DETAILS block. All these fields are self-explanatory.
After filling up the recruitment details block, the admin must navigate above and click on the
POSTING DETAILS tab.
This tab deals with the details of posting of the officer.

Clicking on the POSTING DETAILS tab, the following page opens.
The first block is the POSTING DETAILS. This block deals with the posting, location, department &
designation of the officer.
The first field to be entered is the POSTING. A dropdown list is provided for it. The admin chooses
among the options provided in the dropdown list.

There are four options in the POSTING option.
The admin chooses the required choice from the options in the dropdown list.
On the basis of the option chosen in the POSTING dropdown, the content of the LOCATION
dropdown changes.
The LOCATION dropdown deals with the different location where the officer can be posted at.
The admin must choose the appropriate location where the officer is posted at.

After choosing the LOCATION, the admin must choose the OFFICE/DEPARTMENT.
The content of the OFFICE/DEPARTMENT dropdown depends on the option chosen in the
LOCATION dropdown.The OFFICE/DEPARTMENT dropdown deals with the office where the officer
was posted.
The admin must choose the appropriate office/department where the officer is posted in. After
choosing the OFFICE/DEPARTMENT option, the admin must choose the DESIGNATION .The details
of DESIGNATION dropdown depends on the option chosen in the OFFICE/DEPARTMENT
dropdown. The DESIGNATION dropdown deals with the designation held by the officer in the
previously chosen OFFICE/DEPARTMENT dropdown.

After the POSTING DETAILS block, the next block is PAY DETAILS. This block deals with the details
of the payment of the officer like basic pay, grade pay, pay band etc.
The first detail to be entered in this block is CADRE/EX-CADRE. There are two choices CADRE &
EX-CADRE. The admin chooses the correct choice between them.

After choosing the cadre or ex-cadre, the next field to be entered is the DATE FROM. This field
indicates the date from which the officer has become cadre/ex-cadre. Clicking on this field, opens
up a calendar and the admin must choose the date from the calendar.
The next field to be entered is the PAY SCALE LEVEL. A dropdown is provided for it. The admin
chooses the option from among the options provided in the dropdown.

On choosing the PAY SCALE LEVEL, the PRESENT PAY BAND & PRESENT GRADE PAY gets
automatically selected.
After this is chosen, the admin fills up the PRESENT BAND PAY & PRESENT BASIC PAY of the
officer.

After the PAY DETAILS block, the next block to be filled is the POSTING ADDRESS DETAILS.
This block deals with the address of the posting of the officer.
