Restore your turbine to peak performance with Elliott’s Easycare Overhaul program for single-stage, single valve steam turbines from any manufacturer. Restoration The program begins with a complete inspection and overhaul by Elliott service experts to bring the turbine back to rated operating specifications. The overhaul includes: Strip down at our shop Bearing and seal replacement Original OEM parts Rotor clean and balance Rebuild Test 2-Year warranty on rotor, bearings & seals* * Subject to unit operation within OEM operating guidelines Condition Monitoring Once your steam turbine is restored to its original operating condition, Elliott will warrant workmanship and materials provided in the repair for two years, provided the unit is operated according to the operating guidelines and is regularly inspected, serviced, and maintained by your local Elliott service organization. The program includes four site visits during the two-year period for condition monitoring, analysis, and report out, with a comprehensive inspection check list that includes: Foundation inspection Turbine lubricant analysis Vibration monitoring Oil filter change
