TREAT YOURSELF TODAY. Bread with Fresh Tomato and SerranoHam Ingredients: Bread slices (old oven recommended) Serrano Ham slices Fresh tomatoes Cloves of Garlic (optional) Extra Virgin Olive Oil SalT Preparation: Cut the bread slices and toast them in a toaster or a pan. Rub each slice of bread with a garlic clove. Cut the tomato into two parts and apply it heavily over the bread slices until all the tomato juice is removed so that the tomato pulp is stuck. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of olive oil over each slice. Cut the Serrano Ham slices into pieces that fit on the bread slice and place them on top. Ready to Eat! Melon with SerranoHam Ingredients: Melon Serrano Ham slices Preparation: Open a ripe melon into slices and put it in a dish. Get the Serrano Ham slices and place them above or on the side. Ready to Eat! Fried eggs with SerranoHam Ingredients: Eggs Serrano Ham slices Potatoes Salt Olive Oil Bread Preparation: Heat a frying pan before pouring the olive oil so the eggs don´t stick on the bottom. Add the olive oil (almost a glass) and when it is hot (no smoke) add with care the eggs. Add the Serrano ham on the side. Fry the potatoes in abundant olive oil and when they are ready, remove and salt. Optional: in the same pan, put the Serrano ham slices for 3 seconds and remove. Ready to Eat! Preparation: Put on the burner a pan with abundant water. When boils, add the peas and cook them for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the Serrano ham into small pieces and chop the onions very fine. When the peas are tender, drain them. Take a rather large pan, pour 4 olive oil tablespoons and put the pan on the burner. Sauté the chopped onion and the garlic cloves, turning them with a wooden spoon. Before browned, add the Serrano ham. Spin it and add the peas, which will still release some water. Cook it for 5 minutes, stirring once in a while and throw salt at the last moment. Ready to Eat!
