The Series 75 manually operated pinch valve is the number-one selling pinch valve in the world today. The Series 75 full

port design eliminates dead spots, crevices, seats and bear-ings where slurry can hang up and impair operation.

The heart of this unique valve is the durable, flexible rubbersleeve which is reinforced with high-strength fabric. Theprinciple of design is very simple; two mechanical pinch barsopen and close the elastomer sleeve. The sleeve, which isthe only part of the valve exposed to the line process, eli-inates maintenance and the need for expensive, exotic bodymaterials. Valve operation will not freeze and operatingtorques remain constant, even if the valve has remained inthe open or closed position for years.

The Series 75 has the same ANSI B16.10 face-to-face asgate, plug or ball valves up to 6. In sizes 8-12, the ANSIB 16.10 face-to-face is available with a reduced port (seeSeries 75S dimensions below).

The Series 75 has excellent control characteristics and canbe used as a throt-tling manual controlvalve. By simplyturning the hand-wheel, operators canfine-tune the valveposition to maintaina constant rate offlow.
