ESPA Facials & Express Menu:

Our facials begin with a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis using SkinVision technology to identify skin conditions not visible to the naked eye. Your facial is specifically tailored to you, to include cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extraction where necessary, and a treatment specific massage, mask and intensive serum with the use of hot mitts to help you unwind. Finally, skin care products are chosen for your individual needs to achieve the best possible results using 98-100% natural ingredients.

To maintain the ultimate in healthy radiant skin, we recommend a facial once a month.

Shoulder, Neck & Scalp Massage: £25 This massage focuses on the key areas of tension using an ESPA Body Oil chosen for your specific needs. Where needed, your therapist will apply more pressure to help ease aches and pains.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage: £25 This massage is tailored to address any areas of concern and used the most appropriate massage techniques along with the ESPA Body Oil to suit your needs. Where needed, your therapist will apply more pressure to help ease aches and pains.

Salt & Oil Scrub: £25 This exceptional skin softening body exfoliation combines sea salts with essential oils to leave your skin nourished, smooth and supple. Perfect as a stand-alone treatment, or in preparation for an ESPA massage. For a lighter application Exfoliating Body Polish is applied instead of Salt & Oil Scrub.

De-Sensitiser Facial: £49A comforting facial for sensitive skins prone to redness and irritation, leaving skin calmed and nourished. Indian Head Massage is a massage technique that can be carried out with our Espa Body Oils or dry over the clothes. Using techniques such as Effleurage and petrissage applied to areas including the upper back, face and scalp. Indian Head Massage has many benefits including stimulation of hair growth, relieves stress and tension and helping the supply of oxygen reach the brain to increase concentration. Indian Head Massage can also be carried out sitting in a chair or laying on the couch.

Mindful Massage: £9090 minutes

Unwind a busy mind, escape the pace of everyday life and emerge feeling focused, with a sense of renewed positivity.

The holistic deeply relaxing and clarifying experience begins with mindfulness as we chime cymbals through the chakras to begin and to end.

Guiding you through breathing and visualisation techniques, yours therapist will help calm both mind and body. The metamorphic zones on the feet are then massaged to rebalance and ground, before a soothing massage is continued up through the body fi nishing with a re energising scalp massage using warm rose quartz crystals.

Reiki is a universal energy. It is a Japanese word meaning ‘Universal Life Energy’. Thermal Auricular Therapy (ear Candling): £30 45 minutes

Ear Candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes. The candles are made from the natural ingredients of beeswax, honey extracts, sage, Chamomile and organic grown linen. The candles work on a chimney principle, as they equalise the pressure in the head and ears, making them suitable for most conditions. Secretion flow is gently stimulated and the vapour which soothes the sinuses. A facial pressure point massage and lymphatic drainage finishes the treatment.

Threading:

Threading – is the ancient art of hair removal which uses the skill of the therapist and a cotton thread to gently remove hair.

A thin (cotton or polyester) thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike using tweezers, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair.

To ensure your visit runs smoothly as possible please follow the following:

• Please arrive ten minutes before appointment time

• Due to the interest of health and safety and insurance, and for the comfort for you and others around you, please do not bring babies or children into the treatment room whilst having your treatment.

• Bookings over £50 require a non-refundable booking fee of 20%, we can take this by cash or card over the phone and when you come for your treatment this will be taken off your total on the day.

• Please give 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment or wish to change your appointment,failure to do so we would need to take a non-refundable booking fee to secure your next booking.

• We do require a patch for all tinting and eyelash treatments at least 48 hours before - even if you have had these treatments before in another salon.

• All treatment times include consultation, preparing for the treatment and the relaxation afterwards - we advise you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment to enable you to fi ll the consultation form and to relax before your treatment commences.

• We welcome working animals such as guide dogs but please do not bring house pets into salon.

• We require customers having a body treatment, foot treatment or intimate waxing to shower before attending, as we want your treatment to be as comfortable for both the therapist and customers. We reserve the right to refuse a treatment if body odour is present.

• One loyalty card per customer, not to be shared, the percentage discounts are for full priced items only.
