“Family films dominate everything. They have higher returns at lower risk. We call that an arbitrage opportunity for Hollywood, which is basically a risk-free transaction." Economist Arthur De Vany As the legendary mogul Samuel Goldwyn reputedly observed, "It is better to sell four tickets than two." Oh, and it doesn't hurt to sell the DVD either. See with the eyes of the audience; feel with the heart of the audience. MarieAnna Dvorak “It all begins in the script. If what's happening is interesting, it doesn't matter where you shoot from, people will be interested to watch. If you write something boring, you can film from mosquitoes' underpants and it will still be boring”. Milos Forman
Worldwide Theatrical Release. To the world is where our creative
people have left their hearts while working years on this script,
followed by many development duties, and then ending up by settling on
Principal Photography for future filming. The story was written with
the intention to provide the young generation not only immense
entertainment, but an opportunity to learn important human virtues and
meaningful values, for they will become tomorrow’s leaders, workers
and participants of the world.
HIGH-TECH SPECIAL EFFECTS of underwater Crystal Palace enhance the
myth and magic of the film picture.
ANIMALS often overshadow the most remarkable film star.
FICTIONAL CHARACTERS are the protagonists and the good guys that
children like to identify with.
SINGING AND DANCING is an essential interest for the young generation
and important factor in providing additional profit in the sale of
CD’s, online music, and separate tracks.
BREATHTAKING LOCATIONS provide a sense of experiencing a high budget
production. Such are:
a. Magnificent mountains b. Chateau and its lush park with unique aged trees c. Historical city d. Fairytale like lake with waterfalls

RETURN ON INVESTMENT – standard procedure: The Investor’s Share is
typically defined as 50% of the total Net Proceeds.
Sole Investor will receive credit as an Executive Producer and will be
paid 120% of investment of the first proceeds from the film, but after
customary distribution expenses are met.
Investor will participate 50/50 in all gross cash receipts returned to
the company when the motion picture is released in all media both
domestic and foreign. These multiple revenue streams include:
theaters, video-on-demand, video DVD, pay-per-view, DVD rentals,
video/computer games, music, merchandising, etc.
Investment will be fully handled by experienced producers. Besides a
Completion Guarantee, the credits of our producers assure their
honesty and credibility.
COMLETION BOND is an important risk-reducer to the investor as it
guarantees delivery of a motion picture on schedule and within budget.
A thorough due diligence of all the principals and accountant is
performed by the completion bond company. During the production, this
company works closely with the investor as well as the producer and
production accountant. Weekly financial statement is required. Without
a completion bond some of the Academy-Award nominated independent
films might never have made it to Oscar night.
MERCHANDISE: Many movies have limited merchandising potential.
Blockbuster films that appeal to children tend to be the most obvious
vehicles for merchandising. Typically, 40 percent of movie merchandise
is sold before a film is released. The merchandise promotes the movie,
while the movie promotes the merchandise. “Lost Serenity” with
fictional characters, animals, and original songs has tremendous
potential towards profit and continual exposure to offer in way of
merchandising.
LIMA (Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association) estimates that
$16 billion is derived annually from sales of entertainment
merchandise.
COMPARABLE PICTURES:

“Lost Serenity” is based on European fairy tales as are most Disney
pictures. It is a story with themes of fidelity, betrayal, love, and
5
passion, wrapped into comedy and drama - a story that can touch hearts
throughout the decades and across continents. It is a fantasy with a
touch of sci-fi and coming of age story about the power and pain of
love. It projects emotions of two different species living in two
different worlds. While it has elements of a musical and of comedy it
never loses sight of its psychological and emotional depths that will
appeal to all humanity. However, it dynamically explores and reveals
far more than simply a composite of human emotions and desires.
Casting a production such as “Lost Serenity” is a time-consuming
process. It is an art that requires an eye and a deep feel for talent.
Our production requires not only visual, but also vocal match of
actors. The twenty years jump in age makes the casting more
complicated. Therefore, casting of A-list star before the entire cast
is commenced could lead to MISCAST.
Although filming with animals is demanding to the extreme, they are a
huge step to success. Let your child answer the question whether he likes these stars...
“ANIMALS OFTEN OVERSHADOW THE MOST REKARKABLE STAR.”

“They were a kind bundle of souls, different from the humans of
today. Even the moon shone brighter upon them. Then, one day a deadly
plague rose from the depth of the dry land and poisoned their pure
souls. It was beyond my power to stop their dreadful disease, but I
did what I could to relieve them from the painful death”.
7
“Time will remove the sorrow from your heart. Until then you have to
be strong. There is nothing as strong as gentleness and nothing is as
gentle as real strength”.
“You’ve grown up, never gave me the chance to teach you how to skim a
pebble”.
“You taught me to love. Without you I would have never known the
greatest feeling of all”.

Up on the highest point of
the Northeast land, where
twilight falls from dawn to
dusk, mesmeric mountains rise
up on horizon.
A magnificent creature in
power, obscured by shadow,
stands atop a cliff that
rises out of the water.
9
My dear lost child. You have felt the true pain that only heart
of fire can inflict. It is time for you to carry out your duty.
Darkness of the earth was not meant to be your life.
I wish I was a child again.
You would hold me in your
arms
and we would sing and sing.
The water would thunder,
the sand rise,
and the crystals would shine
through it like a million
rainbows on the sky.
