Serenity Hope Home We honor the sacrifices of our troops, the fallen, and their families with programs that improve quality of life, resiliency, and recovery. The Serenity Hope Home: Located in Port Charlotte, Florida 3 BR, 2 Baths with wide open spaces. Amazing and serene backyard with pool, hot tub, canal and dock. Fishing & boating with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Who is eligible? Surviving parents, siblings, spouse, and children of the fallen who have been KIA, KIT or as a result of wounds sustained in combat. What is covered? Families of the fallen are welcome to stay up to a week. Airfare & rental car are included. Gift cards graciously donated from the community help defray costs of meals and activities. Dillon Semolina to provide family members of the fallen with a positive, peaceful, and enriching environment. It is a place of hope, love, and rejuvenation. It is a place where all those who stay will know that to forget is just NOT an option. The Serenity Hope Home welcomes families of the fallen for a complementary week stay (including airfare & rental car). The family visits are carefully planned and customized based on the needs and wants of the individual families. We believe that families should be free to rejuvenate, have fun, have access to activities, or quite simply, do nothing at all. The way you spend your time is up to you.
