Dear friends and donors,

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs registered in the state of Illinois in United States in Jun 2010 by the group of the Serbian youth. Charity organization Serbs for Serbs is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charitable organization. Donation is tax-deductible to the extent followed by the law. On 30th September, 2011 we finally got the letter from department of the treasury (IRS) with tax exempt 501(c)3 approval. All donations to our organization donated from June 16, 2010 are tax deductible under section 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers of gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.

About Us The mission of Charity organization Serbs for Serbs is to affect on consciousness of Americans, Serbs and their friends through planned projects, social and humanitarian activities in order to develop and foster better society for future generations and provide aid for underprivileged families in need. Although there are many humanitarian organizations and associations, help often doesn't reach the most jeopardized. Due to unnecessary administration, missing information and slow decision making, the delivery of aid arrives too late to the final consumers, or not at all. It is a sad and embarrassing, but true fact that more than 18.000 children daily die around the world because of starvation and malnutrition. There, among us, the blind and deaf. We are witnesses of the bad demographic situation of our nation, decreasing natality, increasing number of singles, abortions, accelerated aging of

the population and generally bad economic condition of the households in Serbia, Republic of Srpska and other countries in the Balkan. An average couple has "fallen" on one child. Analysts warn that Serbs will become a minority in its own country in the following century if the nation, individuals and government don't wake up from the nescient in which they've fallen! On the other hand, nobody is talking about the families with many children which grieve by living in bitter poverty. Occupied by their everyday struggle for survival, they are being humbly in their desire for implementing rights which belong to them. Their life stories, fears and problems are identical, but almost invisible and unheard in order to gain the attention of the public, media and even state. That's why the idea of the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs arose. The organization was formed by a group of young and trustful people, who are united by the common vision of helping families blessed by many children and who are aware of the fact that even a small help means a lot for those who don't live in a material excess. We are united by the humane idea to help the poorest part of the Serbian nation. Charity organization Serbs for Serbs try to revive the spiritless energy of the Serbian Diaspora which would be able to reinforce people of Serbian heritage as well as all good people throughout the world with minimal, but constant monthly donations. We hope and believe that there is also a grain of doing good and that you will join us in the endless struggle against poverty. God bless and save all Serbian families with many children and our honored donors who participate in the noble effort to return smile on children faces.

CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE!

Ambitions

Our mission The mission of Charity organization Serbs for Serbs is to affect on consciousness of Serbian people through our projects and humanitarian activities, in order to develop better society for future generations. Why Serbs for Serbs? We wanted to alleviate impaired spirit of Serbian people in togetherness and brotherhood help through humanitarian work and social aid. Who do we help? We help Serbian families who live in the Balkans, have five or more children and live in terrible poverty. Under terrible poverty we define absence of one or more basic factors required for living: food, clothes, shoes, and safe space for living. Why do we help? We believe that there is a basic need for one human (or a group) to help others in distress. A help is not only human virtue but also a Christian responsibility. By focusing our help on families with many children, we directly affect on their stirring toward becoming independent from social-dependable government programs. What are our long term goals? • family is ready to support itself daily and

manage to pay all required expenses; • their children are encouraged to continue

with school and raising their own family; • our donors are satisfied with the activities

and they are ready to help other families; • our organization is satisfied with the results; • family is ready in the future to become our

donor and if necessary help other families that are in need of help.

Who do we need in organization? We need members and donors that will secure financial stability through supporting our programs and activities in the future. Donors may join our daily activities within the organization in order to coordinate our work better. We also need volunteers ready to donate several hours per week for actual work within the organization. Activities of volunteers and their specific tasks would be determined by the required projects and their personal interest. From that group of volunteers we would look for future leaders of organization.

HELP FOR PETROVIC FAMILY FROM GRACANICA

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs helped on 1 December family Petrovic from Gracanica on Kosovo and Metohija. Pupils Strahinja (11) who is in 5th grade, Mihajlo (9) who is in 3rd grade and Nemanja (7) who is in 1st grade live with their uncle Vladimir who is their custodian.

We helped the family by providing appliances and furniture in the amount of 170.922 dinars. We received great help on the spot by our friends from EHO Majka devet Jugovica.

Nemanja and Mihajlo Petrovic

In April 2010 the children tragically lost both of their parents. Their father killed their mother and afterwards himself also. After their death, the grandparents took care of the children, and they went to Obrenovac.

Suddenly their grandfather died, and afterwards grandmother as well, so the children were left alone. Center for social care from Obrenovac contacted their uncle, who is the children’s closest relative, and asked him to take care of the children. Otherwise the center would have done that. Vladimir got custody over the children on court. His wife Zorica is helping him with the children.

Nemanja and Mihajlo with Uncle Vladimir

When benevolent people heard their story, a lot of them wanted to help. The Red Cross was the first to help by organizing a concert and giving all income of sold tickets to the family. It also helped to take the children to the sea and provided charity packages to them. Gracanica municipality in cooperation with the Ministry for return provided warm home, because the children were living in a dilapidated house.

We call upon all the people of good will to keep supporting the work of the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs and thus help and make joy of a great number of children who need help urgently. CHILDREN ARE OUR FUTURE! SERBS FOR SERBS

We used this opportunity to visit family Siljigovic to whom SfS is building a house. The host Milivoje, father of five children was despite the weather conditions working on his new household. Apart from Milivoje and his wife Tanja, the Siljigovic family is consisting of Tatjana (18), Vedrana (16), Jovana (14), Nevena (10) and Luka (2).

SFS HELPED FAMILIES IN DOBOJ

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs delivered at the beginning of December within the action FIGHT AGAINST THE FLOODS new amount of help to the families who suffered in the May floods in Doboj. We delivered furniture, appliances and construction material for 47 families. The total amount of the help delivered was 41.025 KM which was provided above all from the donation of Serbs in Las Vegas, USA. During the previous months we provided 12 dryers, hygiene and disinfection material, construction material, decubitus mattresses, PVC joinery, doors etc. for over 30 families.

In mid-May at the peak of floods across Serbia and the Republic of Srpska, the Bosnia River in Doboj damaged the town to a great extent, and also the villages near the town. The water stayed for 4-5 days and then it begun to withdraw. The wave was up to 5 meters high.

After the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Doboj was one of towns where a great number of Serbian refugees came, mostly from numerous villages from Ozren and surrounding which became part of the Muslim-Croat federation. During the settlement in Doboj the families received empty parcels near the Bosnia River and they built their new settlements there. Precisely those settlements were most hit during the floods, so great number of families had to flee their homes again due to weather conditions.

In the center of Doboj all ground and first floors in buildings and houses were flooded.

Government of the Republic of Srpska paid almost all the households a voucher in the amount of about 5.000 KM (2.500 EUR) to make urgent and necessary repairs within their houses and apartments. However, for the vast number of families it was not enough to compensate the whole damage caused by flood.

HELP FOR FAMILY STANOJEVIC FROM CELINAC

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs provided at the beginning of December valuable charity help for family Stanojevic from Celinac in the Republic of Srpska. We provided two double-decker beds and two closets for the children’s room in the amount of 1.668 KM. Darko, the father of the family, died in floods which hit Celinac in August. Darko left wife Zana and children Davor (12), Dejan (10), Dajana (8) and Dusko (6).

Darko and Zana had many problems during their 13-year marriage, but there were also happy moments. They had four children and managed to build their house with great effort. Darko was working for a wage, and they were both cultivating the land. They took care of poultry, pigs, a cow and mare.

Zana wasn’t worried while Darko was alive, but now she is not sure how she would provide for her children.

Everyone who wants to help this poor five-member family who lost its host can contact Zana Stanojevic on the phone +387 66 460 552.

CHRISTMAS BELLS CRY OUT FOR HELP!

Christmas is again ahead of us. Bells from the Orthodox monasteries and churches will call us on January 7 on the Holy Liturgy to celebrate the birth of Christ in prayer and joy. Unfortunately, many Serbian families will not celebrate Christmas by taking Orthodox Christmas tree into the warm home, dining on the full table with their families and friends.

For many, it will remain yet another Christmas spent in hope and prayer for better, nicer and safer future. Precisely with the aim to make Christmas days more joyful to numerous endangered families and children, members, friends and donors of the organization Serbs for Serbs are commencing new action of help to the Serbian families under the name CHRISTMAS BELLS CRY OUT FOR HELP!

The aim of this donor action is to collect at least 50.000 EUR of donations in order to provide valuable charity help for more than 50 families across Serbia, the Republic of Srpska, Herzegovina, Krajina, Montenegro, Macedonia and other areas inhabited by the Serbian families. The help should be delivered directly to the endangered families and children in the period from Christmas until St. Sava Day.

Serbs for Serbs calls upon people of good will worldwide, Serbian communities, fraternal organizations, volunteers, friends and donors who have joined their forces and committed to beneficiary work during the last nine years and thus provided help for over 1.000 families with over million EUR of donations.

Support Christmas action by donating on one of the accounts of the organization:

BATHROOM FOR FAMILY COSOVIC, PRANJANE

The organizational team of the sport-charity project Trojka iz bloka visited on Friday December 12 family Cosovic from the village Pranjani whom we repaired the bathroom with the money from tournament in Gornji Milanovac. The amount of help to the Cosovic family was 118.336 dinars. Parents Radovan (41) and Mira (35) are not employed, and instead they are farming and breeding cattle. They have three children: Stefan (14), Jelena (12) and Srecko (6).

Children of Cosovic family with grandmother and

member of SFS

When we first visited family Cosovic, there were seven members. Unfortunately, grandfather Dragoljub died in August at the age of 64.

Four years earlier he became an invalid when his leg was amputated. The only income he had was agriculture retirement of 10.000 dinars.

Apart from difficult living conditions, the greatest problem of this family, and at the same time the reason why we decided to help them, is a health problem of the youngest member Srecko, who had his first heart surgery when he was a month and a half old. At the end of 2012 he had his second surgery in Germany. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough so his third surgery (again in Germany) was successfully done on March 8 2014. Both surgeries were paid by the Serbian Republic Health Fund which made Srecko’s curing easier. He is also receiving financial aid in the amount of 9.000 dinars and that was the only income of the family next to the grandfather’s retirement.

Bathroom before reconstruction

Any expense would require the selling of cattle, which clearly shows the conditions under which this family lives. Regardless of that, the children in the family are being raised traditionally, which among other things means that they would stay in the village and continue farming and breeding cattle.

The oldest child Stefan is attending the Technical High School in Cacak. Jelena is in elementary school in Pranjani, but she has to go on foot about 10 km per day.

Srecko was the first to welcome us on the gate. He is a vigorous and cheerful boy who used our visit to show his talent for drawing. We also played football on Srecko’s desire, although he was getting tired while running.

Although this family already had a bathroom, it was in a bad condition. Thanks to the great number of our sponsors, donors and craftsmen who performed works mostly free of charge, we repaired the bathroom and provided elementary needs for the family.

People from Gornji Milanovac didn’t just donate money, but also clothing and school equipment, and the family was very grateful. Srecko gave us an acknowledgment which he prepared by himself, thanking our organization and all who participated in this great charity project.

We hope that this joint help will make the living conditions of this family at least a bit easier with sincere desires for Srecko to have normal upbringing and resolve his health issues.

WOOD-BURNING STOVE FOR FAMILY SUKA

Family Suka is from Sarajevo, the Pofalici settlement. Borislav and Nada Suka have four children: Ana (27) who finished Construction High School, Sanja (25) who finished Economy High School, Ljubisav (23) who finished Gymnasium and Natasa (20) who is a fourth grade of Tourism High School. During the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina they had escaped to Pale where they live as subtenants. Entire real estate was burned, and the inheritance is not distributed between the heirs, so they can’t sell anything and provide at least a house for themselves.

No one in the family has a permanent job, so Nada addressed us to help them by providing wood-burning stove in the total amount of 490 KM, which we did.

It would be a luxury for them, so our small donation means a lot for them.

Family Suka is very thankful to all our donors from the Republic of Srpska, Serbia and worldwide.

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs calls upon all the donors from the Republic of Srpska, Serbia and worldwide to SUPPORT the work of our organization in order to provide even greater help for the socially endangered Serbian families in 2015.

HELP FOR FAMILIY DOMAZET FROM HERCEGOVINA

Charity organization Serbs for Serbs helped during the autumn family Domazet from Mostar in Herzegovina, consisting of parents Srdjan and Danka with their daughters Tea (12) and Nina (8). We provided construction material for building and equipping the farm of laying hens, and we should soon buy them 200 laying hens so that they could earn on their own. The total amount of the project is 2.500 EUR.

The look of old farm of laying hens

The Domazets are a returnee family and they live in Mostar since 2000. Father Srdjan has been breeding laying hens. They were doing well until the beginning of economic crisis, and then it begun stagnating. Serbs for Serbs made a mini-project which includes of minor object and buying of additional laying hens. That will enable Srdjan to bring the business to a higher level. He currently owns 120 hens, but the object in which he kept them wasn’t his.

We call upon all the people of good will to keep SUPPORTING the work of the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs and thus help the great number of children who urgently need help.

BUYING OF LAND FOR FAMILY MARJANOVIC

During November 2014 the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs realized another great project – help in buying a land for the twelve-member family Marjanovic from the village Petrovo near Prijedor.

The family consists of father Drasko, mother Mira and their ten children: Dragana (1993), Suzana (1996), Marko (1998), Zeljka (2000), Jelena (2001), Dragan (2002), Zeljko (2004), Predrag (2007), Svetlana (2010) and Nenad (2012). We have helped the family several times before by providing groceries, chainsaw, beds for the youngest ones and water pump.

The idea of buying the land was presented during our first visit to the family in 2010, but due to the unresolved property issues and slow procedures of the courts, it couldn’t be realized until now. The land of 4.122m2 surface is next to the house of the family. The family was farming there for a long time and paying the symbolic price to the owner.

When the owner decided to sell the land, the Marjanovics sold the cow and raised a loan and paid 2.500 KM to the owner, while our organization undertook the obligation to pay the rest of the money – 1.622 KM (the total amount was 4.122 KM) and all the expenses of land transfer.

The costs of the action were 2.416,83 KM:

1.622 KM – the rest of the money for the land 250 KM – parceling of the land 298, 35 KM – notary 246,48 KM – fees for the Administration for Geodetic and Property-Legal Affairs

The significance of the land for a family living in the village is huge. The Marjanovic family has resolved their great concern of providing food for their children, and breeding of cattle.

We use this opportunity to transmit the words of thanks of the Marjanovic family and call upon all the donors to continue supporting the work of our organization in order to realize as much actions as possible, and thus provide help for the families with many children and enable them easier life and bring hope for a better future.

HELP FOR PRIZREN SEMINARY

Within the ongoing project KOSMET IS SERBIA, the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs conducted another in a row of great actions of helping the Serbian people on Kosovo and Metohija. On this occasion, the help of our organization reached Prizren, where we provided help for the Serbian Orthodox Seminary St. Cyril and Methodius. We provided cooling device with command panel and hermetic doors in the total amount of 547.000 dinars. The Seminary currently has over 50 students and professors and with each new generation the needs for preserving food received by the public kitchens on Kosovo and Metohija are increasing.

Posted hermetic door to the room that will serve as a

refrigerator

The work of the Prizren Seminary commenced in 1871 in the then Old Serbia which was under the Ottoman Empire occupation. Its founder Sima Andrejevic Igumanov was born and grown in Prizren, and he invested his entire fortune and his life in order to establish education of Serbian children in Prizren and surrounding.

Prizren Seminary renewed and burned part of the school

The Seminary stopped working in June 1999 after the NATO and UCK terrorist occupation, when the school was moved to Hilandar method in Nis. During the pogrom in March 17 2004 the Albanian extremists set on fire the complex of buildings and schools of the Prizren Seminary, mined the St. George Church and set on fire several churches in the town, as well as dozens of Serbian houses near the Seminary.

CHRISTMAS ACTION IN THE RASKA AREA

Representatives of the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs visited within the Christmas action families Stanisic and Beljakovic in the Raska municipality, which together have eleven children. Our fraternal organization "Ruka prijatelja" helped us in finding families for help, and also helped us during the delivery of help. They used this opportunity to donate several packages of groceries to the families. Our organization provided a freezer, wood-burning stove and double-decker bed with mattresses in the total amount of 80.550 dinars.

The first family we visited was the family of Dragan and Vesna Stanisic and their six minor children: Sara (13), Marija (10), Damjan (9), Teodor (6), Marko (4) and Teodora (1).

We provided a freezer for this humble, hard-working and very religious family. Although only the mother is employed, and they live in a 60m2 apartment, love and harmony do not lack, which tells us that our help reached the right address.

Family Stanisic

The second family we helped on the same day was family Beljakovic from the village Baljevac near Raska. The family consists of parents Zoran and Dragana and their five children: Sladjana (23), Marica (21), Sara (7) and twins Nikola and Nina (6). It is another hard-working and humble family in which only one of the parents is employed. We delivered a wood-burning stove and a double-decker bed with mattresses for the youngest members.

Participants were: Davidovac Maja, Srdic Milan, Srdic David, Obradovic Oliver, Lazic Danilo, Mrsic Slavko, Mrsic Aleksandar, Zupljanin Nebojsa, Babic Dejan, German participant Kail Michael and the youngest Sladojevic Marko (11).

The duo Srdic, Obradovic and talented Mrsic Aleksandar reached the semi-finals, but Obradovic finally won over Mrsic although Mrsic was a favorite.

CHARITY EVENT IN BEGRADE

On Friday, December 26th there was a charity event at Scenario cafe in Vracar, Belgrade. During the course of the evening, everybody who was interested in finding out how our organization works could do so in direct conversation with the members of the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs. At the end of the evening, there was a sum of 27,790 RSD in a donation box.

We owe deep gratitude to our friends from Scenario cafe, who organized a charity event in their café. We also wish to give thanks to all the people who supported this action by donating money. All the money that was raised in this way will be added to the "Christmas bells call for help" project whose aim is to raise money for helping multi-member families in need.

ETERNAL DERBY PLAYED IN BLOCK 23

In the Block 23 in New Belgrade, in the elementary school Laza Kostic, on Saturday December 27 three specific eternal derbies were played. Each year traditionally twice a year in May and December, tennis club Gazela is organizing matches. They are played in three age categories: 50+, 40+ and under 40. This week Partizan celebrated in 50+ match 3:0, and then in 40+ 3:2. In the last match the result was 2:2. The judge was Jelena Ristic, a professional football judge who judged many yellow and one red carton. Each event goes in great atmosphere made by those who love football, Partizan and Red star.Of course, the matches were of charity character, in cooperation with the Charity organization Serbs for Serbs, and all income of 12.410 dinars was directed to family Djordjevic from Sevac in the Strpce municipality on Kosovo and Metohija.
