pounds to merge Four Seasons Health Care, the No. 1 nursing home and No. 3 Professional

Nursing operator in Britain. During their global shareholder conference in Beijing in

November, 2012, Guy Hands, the President and Chief Investment Officer of Terra Firma,

revealed that they had realized the great potential of Chinas health care industry and had set

up an investment project in the field of health care in Beijing. In May, 2013, Fortress

Investment Group, which accounts for 40% of Health Care industry in the United States,

established their cooperation with Fosun Group, the leading enterprise in Chinas healthcare

and real estate development industry. They jointly initiated the Starcastle Central Retirement

Community project in Baoshan District of Shanghai.

Guilin-an international tourism attraction and a paradise for healthcare

Chengde Mountain ResortWorld Cultural Heritage

Chengde Mountain Resort is the imperial palace garden in ancient China. In Qing dynasty, itwas the place for emperor to escape from the heat and handling national affairs during thatperiod. It is located at the north urban area of Chengde city of Hebei Province. Starting in1703, it took 89 years to complete, going through three regimes of Kangxi, Yongzheng andQianlong. Together with the Summer Palace, the Humber Admi nistrators Garden, LingeringGarden, Chengde Mountain Resort is included in Chinese Four Classical Gardens. It waslisted in the world cultural heritage in December 1994, and was officially approved as aFive-A tourism attraction by China National Tourism Administration on May 8th, 2007.

Industrialization of Ecological Construction, Ecologicalization of Industrial Development

Chengde has to choose a way of harmonious development between industry development and ecological environment,by implementing industrialization of ecological construction, ecologicalization of industrial development. said ZhengXuebi, the municipal party secretary.

Chengde city has given full play of its ecological culture and green industry, by combining its ecological resources withleisure recreation, pension and healthcare industry to develop its leisure tourism service industry. Last year, it invested36.6 billion RMB to construct 163 service facilities like hot spring, ski resort, mountain athletic ground, and this year itinvested 84.5 billion RMB to set up 43 leisure tourism, health and pension project to further promote the leisure tourismand health care industry. Currently, 72 towns in Chengde City has developed countryside tourism, and 3393 residentshave been engaging in countryside tourism, with the tourists annually totaling 2.6 million and aggregate income oftourism exceeding 200 million RMB.

The Imperial Mountain Summer ResortChengde Mountain Resort was the summer palace for emperors in Qing dynasty,and is 180km away from Beijing. It is consisted of the emperors palace, royalgardens and magnificent temples. With a total coverage of 5.64 million km2 and overten thousand walls, the Chengde Mountain Resort is the existing largest ancientroyal garden in China, which is twice large than the Summer Palace and eight times

large than Beihai Park. Different from the Forbidden City, Chengde Mountain Resortdistinguishes itself in the simplicity and elegance with countryside characteristic byintegrating the beauty of natural landscape with grand mountains. It is existinglargest ancient emperor palace in China.
