Notes-:Adjectives describe nouns " persons or things."

Adverbs describe verbs. ( can be at the beginning of the sentence or at the end).

After " is, are, were, was, too, very , so" choose adjective not adverb.

To choose the correct answer relates to the present Perfect tense.

Present Perfect Tense-:

The Form -: He , she , it + has+ past participle.We, they, you, I + have + past participle.

The key words -: )for, since, already, lately, recently, so far, over the years, just, ever, never, yet.(

Examples-: ***He has already arrived to the meeting.

***Recently, they have seen Ahmed. ***He hasn't written his homework yet. " Negative"

The difference between " for and since -:" "For" with specific time ( six years, a day, a week, a month, three hours, five months, a

year, a minute). "since" the beginning of the period. ( 2000, last April, Sunday, 3 o'clock).

Examples -:

***He has travelled to Italy for a week. ***they have learned English since 1999.

Fashions

The big fashion houses in Paris, London and Milan decide what we should wear from year to year. Designers decide what we should wear. They decide what is fashionable to wear and what is not fashionable .Fashions change more often as women are very careful of their appearances . It's said that women are what clothes make of them. So the designers make advantage of this and change every year clothes, shoes, hair, and even jewellery are decided by fashion. We cannot ignore fashions because we still buy clothes that designers think we should wear.One may dislike a certain type of fashion but one is seen wearing it because we have to look fashionable.

How to sleep well " without problems"

Many people now complain that they cannot sleep even if they are too tired. They go to doctors to find solutions to this real problem. It must be clear that sleep is not the problem Sleep is as natural as the night. If you cannot sleep , then you are the problem, and as soon as you understand yourself and face your difficulties, sleep will come without any trouble at all.Insomnia " sleeplessness" is simply an alarm bell that tells you there is something wrong with your emotional life. If sleep continually evades you, discover what your real problem is, and face up to it. Take to someone about it, and you will find relief.Unfortunately many a bad sleeper goes to bed believing that sleep is a battle to face. This is wrong. One big mistake is that we need eight hours of good sleep every night . The fact is we really need four hours but we take complete rest and relaxation of both body and mind. The best advice to enjoy sound sleep is to leave your worries on the door mat.
