Wow what a journey this issue has

been! We have received so many articles related to the how people have steped into thier own power.

I trust that you will find this issue resourceful and empowering at the some time.

We would like to send out graditude to everyone who has contributed to the magazine to make it possible. This is our second edition and look forward to the next already.

Many of us have heard the calling to step into this power to guide many in the best way they know how. This issue allows you to feel that you’re not alone on your journey. I know that when I began my steps to awakening, it was hard. I felt like there was no one else out there to partake with me. Now, after the many experiences and many years, I have never felt like my journey would take me to this level.

This is a class that helps remove fears and doubts from any area of our lives, and provides the tools to not only overcome this lower fear based energy, but really begin taking new steps forward in the direction of your dreams.

I am so grateful to share my knowledge, wisdom and insight of more than a decade. I absolutely love what I do, and I intend to really work with everyone as personally as I’m able, so that everyone is able to receive what it is they are looking for. It was a hot summer day two years ago when a friend brought me a small white box, the contents of which would engage me in a very beautiful conversation about the sweetness of life. The tiny little green and orange Hummingbird that came into my possession that day became my guide. In our time together we were inseparable, the energy of hummingbird following me on my journeys, from Costa Rica to Burning Man (twice) to Hawaii. The sweetness that I have experienced while under hummingbirds guide has left me with a sense of childlike awe for experiences. I found my inner child come to life, it manifested deeply in my actions and in the air of compassion that brought me around to the rhythm of my path. Hummingbird taught me how to play again, it showed me how to find the sweetness in all of

my experiences. Hummingbird; the messenger and humble teacher of gratitude, forgiveness, compassion and Joy, a warrior on the front lines of love.I released my beautiful friend back to the earth in a ceremony that brought up the final lesson; be with people. Chase the community that enriches and embrace the happening of life. Upon reflecting on my journey with through illness and healing, I realize that I now

have such a full rich life. Having used lots of alternative healing methods as a result of Western medicine not able to help me, due to one of my conditions, Severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, I had a slow steady recovery. When I was well enough to focus on what I might do as a new career, my intuition led me to Hypnotherapy.

During the course of my Hypnotherapy training, I was suffering with some Chemical issues due to class being help close to a swimming pool. When learning the advanced “Deep Inner Healing” or “Root Cause” therapy, the Owner/Instructor asked me if she could work with me in front of the class. I agreed.

She led me through a deep regression where I discovered why I felt I was not able to be well/whole. The discoveries and subsequent resolution, has given me my whole life back. I have not had a Chemical Reaction of any kind since 2007.

Subsequently, my clients get the benefit of my, full attention and devotion to their results. My journey with clients has been incredibly fulfilling and the ones who are committed to their progress have amazing results.

AV: Sitting with Heidi, is amazing. I felt as if she was the one person who could walk a mile in my shoes. As I was going through my own

awakening, I felt like the whole world was agianst me. As an intuitive myself, I was interested to see how Heidi viewed the world and was amazed. We discovered that we both viewed the world as if we were standing behind a glass wall just watching people in their daily lives.

AV: Where did you start your journey? Heidi: Right here in Calgary, I was looking to get out of my marriage; I honestly knew it wasn’t going anywhere. I was looking for work so I could begin to support myself. I enrolled in continuing education with local university, and began to take some classes. I decided to take painting, where we would paint black and white photographs.

Then I stumbled across Healing Touch. This class had blown me away. I had also taken a class that involved kinesiology, Intro to Brain Gym and few others. But the one that resonated the most was Healing Touch.

AV: What direction did you take after discovering Healing Touch? Heidi: I went right into the second level, because after the first weekend, I just knew this was the direction I was supposed to take. You know that feeling, of just knowing, it was fantastic.

There was mechanics in the class, house wives, nurses, bakers, so many people from all walks of life. Alot were just looking for self healing seeing as they couldn’t find it with any doctors or chiropractors. They just wanted to learn how to heal the pain they had been experiencing. And healing always starts with the self. Even though we

all had a different agenda, it was interesting to see how the class just came together. It was so fun to see everyone in the class light up, and to actually feel the energy.

So I dove right in. I attended a few Nursing conferences, and do healing sesseions on the Nurses. They got the chance experience a mini session and go back to work. Alot of them felt fantastic heading back. So I did this a few times and this is where it has led me to today.

AV: How would say your state was prior to taking this class?

Heidi: I was diagnosed with sericeous, which is the inflamation of all the alveoli. They were full of white puss, as they did a biopsy. My doctor that took the sample, said he could not believe how thick and full it was. I now know that at the time I wasn’t recieving the breath of life. And that is what life is all about. I wasn’t breathing and thats how I was knew that I needed to change my life. I asked my higher self, “what do I need to do to get out of this space?” My higher self responded “that if I needed to leave my relationship.” I was not doing anything for me, it was all for my family. I put everyones needs before mine for so long that it was literally killing me. It stopped my breathing and had me at a stand still point.

AV: So how would you say your life is now after making these descisions?

Heidi: Well I can breath. My asthama has healed. I have no allergies any more and have no issues in my physical. Ever since I got my voice back, I have been on road to success.

AV: Where do you see yourself in the future after accomplishing this major life lesson in your life?

Heidi: Well at that point, it was all about learning. However today is still all about learning. Life has so many lessons that come your way that enables learning. There are so many different modalities that I have taken that contribute however I feel its all about the experiences that have lead up to this point. The next step is focusing on where I want to go. The earth calls to me, I want to explore the modailities of earth healing. So I will conitinue to heal people, to contibute to the ascension to next vibration.

During the course of my journey, I have let go my entire household. and people asked why i did this. It was becasue I just knew I had to. Stuff can be replaced.

AV: How do you stand so still in the world? How do you stay so aware.

Heidi: This is how you learn about people and their energy. You can witness their mannerisms, way of being and learn alot by by standing back and observing. You don’t have to react to any situation that you witness. I actually have been told that I do not react. I have a detachment skill.

There has been three times in my life, one in particular that I remember the most, was during Junior High School. I was so sick with the flu and missed several days. I decided that I didn’t want to miss anymore school. When I was there, I felt like i was standing behind a glass wall watching everyone. This carried on for about a week. This has happened a few times through my life; it happens to remind me to just observe and not react. Just allow everything to happen. This can be extremly discerning, because all you want to do is be part of the world.

So I just watch, and feel in my own space, allow myself to shift and this is all I can do.

AV: Is there any advice you can offer for women who are making the same choices you have made?

Heidi: I can’t say do get emotional. I have had to freeze my emotions and then later deal with them. People ofren thought I was cold. This was one of the best descisions I made for myself, as it helped me through what I was going through at the time. So if you could let go of all the emotions around you and take it one day at a time, it will be more benefical. I had support from my family, parents, brother, friends at work and bosses. But all you have to do is know that you have faith that the universe will be there for you. No matter how hard or easy it is. Look for signs in songs, billboard ads and commercials. I joined a chanelling group that allowed me to practise and open up. Groups like this allow you to discover yourself in a safe evironment. Remember that you are not alone, that there is always somethere to help you along the way.

AV: Tell us about AEP – Angel Empowerment PractitionerTM

Cindy Smith: The Angel Empowerment PractitionerTM (AEPtm) Class is a 4 day course. The intention of the AEP is for people to develop skills to be able to trust the divine guidance they already receive. I would say about a third of the people who take this class do so because they want to be working in the light worker world. They desire learn the skills

that enable them to work with oracle cards, learning to cut cords, shielding for themselves as well as clients, past life healing and energy ball work. The other third of the people interested are already light workers, such as Reiki Masters, Body Talk practitioners etc., who want to enhance what they are already doing by connecting with the Angelic Realm. Then the last third of the people, take the class for personal journey. These people really want to connect to the divine and learn to trust themselves. So as you can see, there are many types that like to take the course for whatever reason. Grandparents who want to develop a connection with their grandchildren. Parents are always drawn to the class well, seeing as the children coming in today are wide open and automatically talk to and about the angels.

Av: How did you end up on this path?

Cindy: My background is in counseling; I have spent so many years believing that I was assisting people in

personal empowerment, however I started to feel stuck in ways to assist other people. I came to realize after working with Archangels there was a new set of tools I could use with clients to enhance change and inspire trust in themselves. When we experience trauma we tend to lose our power and a lot of the time it is hard to get it back. So coming back to what I do now, I love it! I get to witness the transformation of people going from disempowered to full on powerful. This is

where the tag line “I Can’t to I Can!” was created from. I get to witness this happen every single class.

One thing I am grateful for is the Angels, and how they are able to assist. This class is not about me, it is about what the angels have to say. Every class is different, however they all have the same end result and that is people walking away, if willing empowered.

We are so blessed, as the AEP family is growing. It is becoming a worldwide group. There are hundreds of AEP’s who are now doing readings, and healing sessions all over. We are so excited at the fact that this has moved to Ireland with the Celtic tour. This is truly what being an Angel Practitioner is all about; sharing the light.

AV: Let’s talk about your 2nd addtion Book and Journal that is coming out soon.

Cindy: Four years ago, Archangel Michael, asked me to start a journal. In my mind, I honestly thought this journal was going to be full of inspirational quotes. I had taken a trip up to a cabin. During this trip I was not allowed any electronics. Now at this point, I hadn’t been working with all of the archangels; maybe only about five of them. When Michael had approached me during this trip, he assisted me in meeting with all the angels. I was able to sit with the energy of almost every

Archangel, allowing myself to see, hear, and feel them as I perceived , as opposed

to how other authors and teachers see, feel, hear and know them. Michael’s intention that he desires people to understand that all of us are able to see, feel, hear and know differently. There is no wrong way of doing this.

If I see Michael as purple and someone sees him as pink; this does not mean that I am picking up his energy stronger than you. It just means this is how he appears to you.

“I am grateful for this journey and where it is taking me. I used to fall into that category of comparing. Now I am just going with it & allowing everything to fall into place.”

Over the past four years since I published my first journel, I personally have changed. I have grown and have developed more trust in my own ability and my connection with the angels. My version of inspirational quotes had developed into something I had least expected. It is now a book that has an inspiration side as well as a journal for you to go and record your own personal journey. I am so excited to share this with world and the opportunity it creates for people to make the life changes at a pace that is good for them.

For example Archangel Gabriel, the Angel of Communication, encourages journaling as a form of healing, manifesting and personal growth. This book will allow you feel the presence of the angels and the work they do to do assist us. Gradually, it becomes natural and you begin to learn what way works for you. This book or workbook just simply opens the door of opportunity.

Like I said over the past four years, I have grown. Personally I think that I was not ready for this book to be published due to my confidence level. However now, I am ready and the excitement that fills my heart is truly amazing. It is one step into a whole new world for me.

AV: I remember taking Mediumship class in Hawaii with you. I am able to recall when you had to speak in front of the class, you were so natural. I was personally amazed. So many people want to be a public speaker just as you are. What are you able to offer

our readers as to how to be confident in this area?

Cindy: To start, allow yourself to be of service. In public speaking, people tend to allow

themselves to fall into the self-critical stage. I find that this is when ego will come out to play the most. Please keep in mind I still the get the odd nervousness which usually comes to fruition the day prior to me getting on stage. I have to remind myself that this means that I am turning on, getting ready for my downloads and it opens me up, which I love and the ego disapates. Like I mentioned before, every class is different.

I simply know that what is supposed to be said, will be said.

I teach the Advanced AEP’s about public speaking and teaching workshops in class. Alot of the time people are just petrified. They create the fear even before they have to speak, which we all have done. But once they get up there, they realize that the speaking was the easiest part of the class. I fully encourage staying away from a stricted or over structured agenda. You never know what direction the class will take. If you limit yourself to an agenda, you’re not getting out what is truly needed. A lot of the time you can have keynotes but keep in mind that being flexible with the information you are presenting will allow a download to happen and class goes will go into a different direction.

So public speaking is all about the trust you have in yourself, your Angelic team and keeping your ego quiet. Remember that you are sharing light whether it is to 10 people or 3000 people in a room.

“Be real”, there is no untouchable “Cindy”, I just stand up there and talk to you as if we were having a one on one conversation.

AV: Talk about the empowerment journey...

Cindy: The biggest part of my journey was moving out of fear. Before I began

working with the Archangels, my life was motivated by fear. For myself, the journey was opening up and trusting. Knowing that everything happens for a reason. Learning to trust myself was the biggest jumpstart to my personal journey, which is connection to the divine.

I had to learn to walk my talk and to

inspire others to do the same. Seeing as how Michael guides people to be part of

my journey, it makes sense that I attract some who live in fear. I have been there; this allows me to recognize this illusion and help them to step into trust.

When I went to ATP, I was terrified. I thought everyone in the room knew why they were there and I felt I did not. I had no intention to go into this line of work. All I had was my one deck of cards. I honestly was there to just regain my trust in myself. By the fifth day, Michael swooped in and said “You are going teach, get ready.” I went back home and made the changes I knew

were necessary that my life needed.

There was personal work for me to get to this point. I now have a sense of safety and security. This includes the healing work I did to remove fear blocks from past lives. While doing all of this, I am now able to channel new techniques to teach others to heal.

search and are looking for something that will just allow them to start to trust in themselves. Over generations, time and past live experiences, there is ego that tends to stop us from moving forward. The ego is part of the belief system that gets in the way. And this why I love to do what I do and by the fourth day of AEP, whether people go out and do angel card readings or they don’t , their life has changed in some way.

AV: What is the next step for you?

Cindy: I have recieved the message that there are new techniques that have to be introduced. Two of which that are in the process of being downloaded.

One will commence this Decemeber. This will incorporate my couselling skills with the angels. Exploring ones self empowerment on a different level that AEP has to offer.

For the second, I have teamed up with another light worker. The two of us are working with Raphael and the other angels to develop a new technique that explores the physical ascpect. We were brought together to create a new healing program that will take some time, due to the information that weare both downloading to make this possible for everyone to learn.

I am so excited about this and ask that people stay tuned to find out more about these two healing techniques in the future.

AV: I feel guided to ask what your take on retirement is?

Cindy: A lot of people ask me, “Cindy, when will you retire?” and my reply is “I will never stop doing this.” My plan is to perhaps go for three months, then take three months off, etc. I am not one of those people that have a retirement plan. I live in the now, and trust that I am taken of. This was a huge surprise to my fiancé, as he is a planner. This is who I am. The concept of trusting that everything is there when we need can be a hard concept to adjust to, and I see so many people that limit themselves. However I also get to see the people that take the leap of faith, and get surprised when they start to trust and everything goes well for them.

In my opinion I am retired and just living life and loving what I do at the moment. I was burning out as a counselor and this was

because in university, they never taught us about the energy that was involved or how to recharge ourselves.

Last February, I had psychologists in class. They did some research and learned about my background, this gave them confidence to come and learn about how to incorporate what I do into their field. It was so amazing to have them part of the AEP family. They have now learned how to take care of themselves on an energetic level as a counselor. They encourage me to get out into the world to assist others in the professional world of healing to help with self-care and healing for clients. This is where the workbook will come into play. Techiques learned will incoporate what people require to learn at their own pace to apply empowerment into their daily lives as well as their professional lives.

AV: What is like to be part of the AEP family?

Cindy: Its fun! One night we decided that we were going to attend a movie. We do things

together to create the bond and security. Now don’t get me wrong, I still too have boundaries and this is a huge must have for everyone. I love the ability to connect with people on so many levels. As open as I am to having close relations with my students; they understand that they cannot call me every minute of the day. They can call me personally regarding business questions. If there are personal inquiries, they have to book an appointment. So my students are not just my students, they are my friends and family. It was funny because in the beginning I had made myself too available, as many of us can do. Time is a balance and I have learned to respect my valuable time. The journey has definitely taught me a whole new set of skills that allow me to integrate the relationships and the business relationships into a family atmosphere.

You know I am so grateful for this journey that the angels have bestowed upon me. I am continually working with my AEPs to help them evolve their skills as well. The growing doesn’t stop there.

People are usually unsure whether or not this is a polite thing to ask me. I love questions about all aspects of the work that I do.

A friend said to me the other day “So is your house like a train station that has all kinds of spirits just popping in whenever they feel like it?” The answer to that is absolutely not. I actually have no spirits other than my loved ones that are allowed in my home. There is actually very little spirit activity and the only time there is, is when I am working with clients.

I now know how to set my boundaries with Spirit. I am not “on” all of the time. My client’s come to their appointments with their Deaseced Loved Ones (DLO) and leave with them. Thus, the DLO’s are not hanging out with me all day. Very rarely the DLO’s show up earlier the day of their appointment and begin giving me messages. Usually if they do, it is because they are so excited about visiting with their loved ones. Even when they do I am not always aware.

I am able to tune out Spirit when I am busy with the rest of life. If I was not able to set boundaries and have set times when I am working, I would not be able to function. If I could not tune out all of the energy everywhere I go I would be completely over stimulated and shut down. I ground and surround myself in God’s white light every day. I also ask Archangel Michael to shield me with his purple light and to let only love permeate the shield. Shielding has helped me tremendously. This is what allows me to be in large crowded area and not be completely overwhelmed. If I did not do these things I would most likely have to stay home for days after being in a place with lots of people.

For me personally I do not believe in ambushing unsuspecting strangers. I was at the mall one day and had one Spirit of a man next to me start talking to me about his grandson (whom was the man next to me). I was not

interacting with the man so I did not act on the DLO’s instant communication. I will deliever the message it is of an urgent safety matter, otherwise I ask Spirit to arrange a more appropriate time for their loved one to get a message from me. I have found that if I am meant to pass on a message, the opportunity always presents itself.

In general, life as a Medium is much more “normal” than you would probably expect. Spirit is not allowed to talk to me during my favoroite shows. The biggest difference between my household and yours is most likely the fact that my children cannot play games like “I Spy With My Little Eye” in the car because Spirit gives me all of the answers. Although the Angels will often help my children “cheat” at games. A lot of the time the angels don’t intefere with everything, unless asked. For instance, when

I lose my cell phone.; I ask for help finding at least twice a day.

I also have to be in the mood to listen to the Angels and Spirit. When I am cranky and not in a peaceful zone I don’t tap into their energy. My

energy vibration must be raised to connect with their vibration. Even I have days where I hit the curb on the way to take my kids to school and then realize I forgot some crucial school necessity.

I just want people to get to know me before they make

judgments about the work I do. I probably have a lot more in common with most of you than you realize. This desire I have can sometime lead to me having insecure days, full of self doubt. I do work hard to over come this however I am human.

I did not choose this path. Jesus came to me and told me to share how much he loves all of you through my work. He came to me twice; the first time I refused to embrace being a Medium and was too scared to talk about any of it.

The biggest challenge I have overcome is the misconception of what I do, contradicts God. This is NOT TRUE. I am here to tell you that the only reason I was willing to do this work is because of those two encounters with Jesus. I believe Jesus has no religion and there is no religion in Spirit. I also believe the work I do crosses all denominations, ethnicities and socio economic classes.

Orca Calling I am an animal communicator and

spirit medium. I’ve been talking with animals for as long as I can remember. While I was very young, my family didn’t have pets – so my very first teachers were wild animals: birds, beavers, squirrels and deer. I learned to call wild animals before I had a dog of my own; I just made friends with the animals available to me. I used to get frostbite, sitting perfectly still for hours waiting for birds to land on me.

Animal communication can be learned, but I think it’s the love of it that drives people to pursue telepathic communication. The love has to be there to succeed. It’s certainly true when speaking with wild animals – you have to love them in order to call them. If you get the knack of calling, you can experience an entirely new level of kinship with the wild creatures. This is why I love teaching – it can open up your whole reality!

I had great success with calling wild animals in Ontario; when I moved to Tofino in 2009, I began to call the Orca. Their beauty, intelligence and awesome power is legendary, and I have loved them fiercely since I was a child. For years, the Orca eluded me! It became comical. Everyone I knew had seen them, but I would arrive at the harbor and hear the Orcas had just left. Ten minutes after leaving home, a small pod of Orcas would swim past the harbour, visible from our living room window. Five years, I called them. They always seemed to be just around the corner, just out of reach.

In September 2013, my maternal Grandmother passed away. I decided to take a boat to Hot Springs Cove for a bit of healing. It was an incredible day - we saw beautiful harbor seals and their snow white pups. We saw pacific loons, cormorants and all sorts of offshore sea birds. Of course we basked in the steaming waterfall of the spring heated by the sulfurous blood of the earth herself. It was a perfect day, and I consciously set aside my hope to see Orcas.

And then, there they were: a small group of female transient Orcas - with their newborn babies! The orca calves were barely the size of a dolphin. Instead of the white marking of adults, the calves eye and saddle markings were still the orange of infancy. It was the orca equivalent of seeing young deer fawns! The mothers were HUGE. Massive, powerful, fearsome – one mother Orca rocketed to the surface and launched herself out of the water in a spectacular breech! We’d see a huge tail lift out of the water and come down in a large, powerful SMACK! Then we’d see the little baby tail flail around out of the water, trying to imitate his mother.

My heart was so full I could barely breathe! Here was Orca in their element, with a fresh kill, teaching their babies how to be happy. Mothers and their babies, finding joy in being alive. The sun was setting

behind the watching boats, creating this picturesque vision of orange, crimson, azure and violet. Clouds stretched above us in cotton-candy pink, reflected in the blue water that sparkled in the sunlight. And then, as if it wasn’t ridiculously beautiful enough, two rainbows appeared on either side of the watching boats. Orca playing at sunset, with rainbows. It was absolutely unreal.It occurred to me later, that my recently deceased grandmother might have something to do with the miracle we had witnessed. When I spoke to my mother about the orca sighting, she told me that two rainbows had appeared in the sky during the graveside service at my grandmother’s funeral.

This is the awesome and humbling nature of our world. We can call, but the power is not in the calling. The gift is in the answer of the call, the message. I will be forever grateful.

What are you committed to? What are you committing to day after day, hour after hour? Do you even know?

Are you aware of your thoughts? Are you committed to self-care, self-love, happiness, and peace? Or do you complain, doubt, and find yourself irritable and frustrated? Are you genuinely positive or negative throughout your day? Perhaps it’s a combination?

These questions are just to get you thinking as they certainly get me thinking. Because sometimes, I’ll admit, I’m off in another world all caught up in my story. And then I’m reminded somehow to return to the present moment, take a breath, and be grateful that I’m back in a new moment where I’m aware of my choices! Often our unconscious patterns, habits, and even old beliefs, pull us back into “our story” due to our past conditioning, our parents and upbringing, and just our overall past history. So, having an intention to be present, and committed to the present moment, is a beautiful intention. It doesn’t mean that everything has to look perfect! It doesn’t have to look a certain way at all or be flawless. It’s just a matter of being aware when we are not in a place of love, and bringing ourselves back, time and time again. And this becomes the journey of our lives on the spiritual path of self-mastery. There is no destination; each moment brings with it It’s “practice,” not performance. It’s realizing that every moment is a prayer, every word is a prayer, and when we set an intention, and communicate with our Higher Self, angels and guides, everything after that is a continuation of that inner commitment. So, going about your day you may get angry, upset, overreact, and even judge something or someone... But as a Course in Miracles says: “I forgive myself for having this thought, I choose love instead.” Our mind will run off, our emotions may get heated and even explode or implode, but it’s about what we do with the present moment when we return to it that truly

Matters! We can beat ourselves up that we have once again drifted, fallen off track or failed, or we can rejoice that we have returned home to the moment at hand, to open up, to receive, and to choose that which serves us rather than

The best time of day to set an intention, pray, meditate, and commune with God and the angels is in the morning, first thing when you wake up because it sets the tone for the whole day. You haven’t gotten all caught up yet in the energy of the world, news, social media, traffic and craziness! So, it’s those early precious moments to be grateful for another day and connect with your soul.

A Course in Miracles says, and I truly believe this with all of my heart, “If you spend five minutes in the morning with the

spirit of Love, God, Holy Spirit, (whatever you choose to call it), five minutes in the morning guarantees that He/She (the Divine) will be in charge of your thought forms for the rest of the day.”

So I invite you to make a new commitment each morning with me for the next 40 days and see how things begin to shift and transform.

To my Angels/Guides, my Higher Self, and my Beloved Creator; God, I open up my heart to feel more in alignment with my soul, my passion, and reasons for being. I surrender to a Higher Purpose and plan and I commit to self-love and compassion, with infinite patience and acceptance. I promise to be kind to myself as I observe my thoughts and feelings and awaken to new

Levels of trust; understanding that this is a cleansing and purification of my mind.

Through this purging of old limiting thought patterns and beliefs, I am able to fill myself up with a higher vibration of Unconditional Love and Divinity Itself, merge with God the Creator, and co-create my life by making new and beautiful choices that serve and support me. It all starts with me. This helps me create from a whole new healing, loving space. And that “space” is ME! I choose, I allow, I yield, I surrender, I bless, I trust, I celebrate, I proclaim and I KNOW, that I am the embodiment of love and joy, and even now things are shifting, my heart is opening, healing is happening, and I am BLESSED!. And so it is Amen.
