6. The Bank has designated Zonal Stressed Asset Recovery Branch (ZOSARB), Nehru Place, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Raj.) branch as facilitation centre to helpthe intending bidders in putting the bid on line.

7. The sale shall be held and confirmed as per the provisions of SARFAESIAct, 2002 and relevant security interest (Enforcement), Rules2002.8. The successful bidder will deposit 25% amount in 24 hours of the e-auction and the successful bidder will be deposit remaining 75% amount in 15 days or any

extended time permissible under SARFAESIRules, from the date of bid confirmation and if the bidder fail to deposit the remaining amount than the bank will beentitled to forfeited the already deposited amount and the property will be re-sold by the bank.
