We meet in room A at the Hession Center. The Hession Center is located in the back, just off the parking lot. This is the place to see what’s happening and share suggestions and/or concerns. NEW GLENWOOD PARK GARAGE SALE When: Spring - April 23 rd (Thurs.) to April 25th (Sat) Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Association will put signs in two entrances and in local newspapers. Annual dues are now past due. Homeowners who have not paid these dues of $30.00 now owe an additional 10.00 late fee. Mail dues to P.O Box 15772, Ft. Wayne, IN 46885. Contact Mary Jones, Treasurer at 484-2864 or by e-mail [email protected] to arrange for payment plan. Note to renters-landlord owners are required to pay association dues. Please send the name and address of your landlord to Mary Jones 3434 Amulet, Fort Wayne, IN 46815. KEEP YOUR GARAGE DOOR DOWN-thieves can get a good look at the items in your garage as well as entry into your home. A dumpster will be located at the N.W corner of Delray and Exeter and will be available from 8am to 12 noon. No household chemicals or other such landfill inappropriate items are accepted. This is a great time to get rid of some of your junk and unwanted things.

Now that we have your attention. If you notice any of our street lamps flickering or are completely out, please notify the city by calling 311. Each streetlight has a number located on the pole. Use this number as an identifier when calling. It is more expensive to replace a light that is completely out, so if you notice a flickering light, please call 311

Just a reminder to keep your dogs on leashes when they are not contained and when you are walking your dog, make sure to have a bag or pooper scooper with you. This is actually a city code- "Keep pets inside fenced areas or on a leash controlled by a responsible person, pick up after your pets and keep barking under control" [City code chapter 91].

HELPING HANDS
It has been brought to the Board's attention that there are some homeowners that need occasional help or assistance with home maintenance issues. This could involve simple repair work, help with yard work (mowing, raking leaves, shoveling snow etc.). We would like to compile a list of adults or teenagers that would enjoy helping out.Please contact Dean Metzger (President) by phone, 484-5179, if you are interested in either being helped or in being a helper. All names and numbers will be kept confidential.
