The firing is of two different types, they are single firing anddouble firing.

Single firing for vitrified tiles and double firing for wall tiles.

For creating the vitrified tiles, we use first firing than policing tothe tiles. And for creating the tiles, they have same process .

If some tiles are broken during preparation, then they will throwthe waste and pack the good product and stored in thewarehouse.

Product has been stored in the warehouse then they will dispatchthe product.
