www.tnmedicalselection.org, www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in and attend the

counselling

No Individual call letters will be sent.

Candidates should be present one hour prior to commencement of

counselling along with one of their parent at their own cost.

Candidates should produce a Demand Draft payable at Chennai for Rs.

500/- drawn in favor of “Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai – 10.” at

the time of counselling as processing fee.

Candidates should produce the following original certificates / documents

without which the candidates will not be allowed to participate in the

counselling.

1. NEET UG 2020 Admit Card and Score card

2. 10th Std Mark Sheet


4. HSC/Equivalent Mark Sheet

5. Bonafide Certificate from 6th to 12th Std Studied in Tamil

Nadu Government School obtained from concerned CEO.

6. Transfer certificate from the school last studied (or) Bonafide

certificate should be produced from where the candidate is

undergoing the course at present.

7. Nativity Certificate.

8. Community Certificate

9. First Graduate Certificate (If Applicable)

10. Income Certificate for the candidates claiming fee exemption.

Since more number of candidates is being called for counselling, allotment

is not guaranteed to everyone.

Candidates should bring the Demand Draft towards Tuition fee as prescribed in the fee details annexed below and produce the Demand Draft at the time of getting provisional allotment order.

Candidates are informed to read the instructions given in call letter carefully.

Candidates can attend the counselling as per the date, time and mark mentioned in the schedule if they unable to download the call letter from the websites.

If the candidate is absent for the 1st phase of counselling called for, he/she cannot attend the subsequent phases of counselling.

Those candidates who opted out of Govt. /SF MBBS/ Govt. BDS/SF BDS when seats were available in 1st phase of counselling are not eligible to claim the same in the subsequent phases of counselling.

Candidates allotted under Government Quota of Self Financing MBBS who do not join the course the tuition fee amount of Rs. 25,000/- paid as Demand Draft will not be refunded.

Candidates are informed to view the websites daily for vacancy position in Govt. MBBS/ Govt. Quota in Self Financing MBBS and in Govt. BDS/Govt Quota in Self-financing BDS till the end of counselling.

Candidates shall only opt for the vacancies available at their turn.

Mobile Phones and other communication devices are not allowed in the counselling hall during their turn.

THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE JOINED IN OTHER THAN MBBS COURSE SHOULD PRODUCE “BONAFIDE CERTIFICATE” FROM WHERE THEY ARE STUDYING AT PRESENT.

The candidates who are selected at the time of counseling shall pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/ -(rupees one lakh only) as registration fee only by means of demand draft drawn in favour of “The Secretary, Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10” payable at Chennai at the time of receipt of the allotment order.

After receipt of the joining report from the deans of the respective colleges this amount will be transferred to the colleges concerned. This fee is not refundable if the candidate does not join or discontinues the course.

The candidates who are selected at the time of counseling shall pay

an amount of Rs.5,00,000/ -(Rupees five lakh only) as registration

fee only by means of demand draft drawn in favour of “The

secretary, selection committee, kilpauk, chennai – 10” payable at

Chennai at the time of receipt of the allotment order.

After the receipt of the joining report from the deans of the

respective colleges this amount will be transferred to the colleges

concerned. This fee is not refundable if the candidate does not join

or discontinues the course.

The candidates should produce the following original documents on the

day of counseling for verification. If any one of the original documents

is not produced, the candidate will be considered under Management

Quota only.

1. NRI status of the financial supporter issued by the Indian

Embassy of the respective country under their seal.

2. Ward certificate (Annexure II of the prospectus for admission

to MBBS/BDS course 2020-2021 session under Management

Quota).

3. NRE (Non Resident External) bank account passbook of the

financial supporter.

4. Passport of the Parent/ Guardian

5. Passport of the candidate.

6. Original court order, if the financial supporter is legally

declared as guardian of the candidate as per provisions in “The

Guardians and Wards Act 1890” by the Court.

7. Eligibility certificate obtained from the Tamilnadu Dr. MGR

Medical University,Chennai for the candidates of other

13. The candidates who are selected at the time of counseling shall pay an amount ofRs.1,00,000/ -(Rupees one lakh only) as registration fee by means of demand draft at thetime of receipt of the allotment order.

14. After receipt of the joining report from the deans of the respective colleges, this amount willbe transferred to the colleges concerned. This fee is not refundable if the candidate does notjoin or discontinues the course.
