IKKEI OKUMA | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Hiroki is the founder and CEO at Monstar Lab, Inc. and Sekai Lab Pte. Ltd. He drives the company visions

“Create A Platform For Diversity” and “Change The World With Technology”. He graduated from Kobe

University’s with Mathematics degree and joined PwC Consulting (now IBM) in 1999. While taking MBA

program at Bond University, he joined Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) in 2015 and engaged in a

marketing project for a pharmaceutical company. After graduating from Bond University, he founded

Monstar Lab, Inc. to launch the service he created for final business plan at Bond University.

Ikkei is the COO of Sekai Lab Pte. Ltd. After graduating from Keio University’s with business and

commerce degree in 2011, Ikkei joined Monstar Lab, Inc. and engaged in sales and project management

for web services and mobile applications. After experiencing offshore development at Monstar Lab, he

came up with the global sourcing platform Sekai Lab which sources global IT engineer teams worldwide.

Soon after, he founded Sekai Lab Pte. Ltd. as a subsidiary to launch Sekai Lab platform as an official

service and was appointed as COO.
