The first Project Refuge: A Couture Fashion Show Using Trash was an amazing event, thanks to everyone who participated, judged, and attended. The work and creativity the designers put into their fashions were immense and showed in the final results modeled down the fashion runway. Everyone who attended was blown away by all 23 designs. The following are the Overall Winners in 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place. Also included below are the three top People’s Choice Awards winners, resulting from voting via social media, with nearly 600 votes tallied.
