WirelessHandheld Credential Reader
HHR-3166-GY
Handheld wireless reader for rapid disaster deployment,
random screening, mustering, in-vehicle credential checks,
staff enrollment, and security officer empowerment.
Multiple credential technologies available.
See the video at CypressIntegration.com/handheld-wireless-reader
The handheld reader verifies credentials by wirelessly communicating with a live database through the reader's base unit. The handheld unit can
control a relay for functions such as opening doors or gates, or
triggering possible duress notifications.
Choose a single reader kit, 2-reader kit, or the gate-selection reader with a
2-Wiegand output base unit. See credential technologies, page 11.
Typical wireless range without repeaters: 45.7 m indoors / 152.4 m
ououtdoors, depending on environment.
