SECURE HUB INSTALLATION IPHONE

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the Citrix Secure Hub MDM app on your iOS device for this open the Apple App Store.

2. Search for "Secure Hub by Citrix" and install the app.

3. After the installation, go to the home screen and open the Secure Hub app.

4. You will be presented with the following screen. Please choose to Allow.

5. Enter the XenMobile server address of mdm.professionalpt.com and press Next.

6. Press Yes, to Enroll

7. Enter your ProPT username and password. Press Next.

8. The browser opens and you are presented with the following screen. The browser will redirect

you to download certificates for the Secure Hub app.

9. Press Install to install the XenMobile CA certificate.

10. If prompted, enter your passcode.

11. Press Install.

12. Press Done.

13. Press Install to install the XenMobile Profile Service.

14. If prompted, enter your passcode.

15. Press Install.

16. Press Trust to acknowledge the warning.

17. Press Done

18. Press Open to open the Secure Hub app

19. After opening the application press OK to acknowledge the message

20. Press Allow

21. Open Secure Mail. A popup will open that you need to authorized the App, hit Authorize

22. Enter the account information of the user, including the domain (profit) and the External

Exchange server address (mail.professionalpt.com), Select your desired Sync Mail Period time

and hit Done or Sign On

23. Allow notifications

24. We need change the Auto Refresh options to include the Sent Items, click on the Gear to open

it

25. Set Auto Refresh to On.

26. Tap On. A list of all mailboxes appears.27. Include the Sent items and if the user wants you can add another folder.28. To finalize under notification make sure that email and Calendar notifications are enabled29. This is it!, Secure Mail is finally configured.
