April 2016 Dear Friends, Thank you for making 2015 another remarkable year for RMC. It is our pleasure to offer you our Annual Report. This year marked seven years of service. Our dedicated staff and families have done an incredible job at expanding our community outreach while strengthening our programs. We are proud to report that we delivered 884 hours of free services to the San Diego community in 2015! 2015 marked the launch of Music4Change TM , our dedicated community outreach division. This sector illustrates RMCs commitment to our community by providing and modeling excellence in music education in non-traditional, underserved venues. Music4Change TM serves those individuals and groups who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play an instrument or experience live music performances. The Music4Change TM C.O.R.P.S. (community outreach, resources, programs and services) facilitates active participation, engaged learning and meaningful connections to music. We continue to expand our circle of influence by partnering with people who are able to donate their time, resources and talent in support of our mission and Music4Change TM . In 2015, we worked with local artists such as Cameron Phillips from Leave the Universe and partnered with service organiza- tions such as Rady Childrens Hospital and several Assisted Living Centers. Our staff and families helped support fundraising campaign efforts that raised over $55,000 to bring music education to students in need. Our Board of Directors helped us increase our donations through their Edge of To- morrow campaign. We would like to thank all of our staff, students, parents and donors for helping us continue to grow and improve, and we look forward to working with all of you as we continue sharing music with our community. We encourage you to visit our website to learn how we can work together to transform and enrich lives through music.
