Tank WallsHeritage Tanks have an attractive, strong, durable and engineer certified wall profile. Our tank walls are made of BlueScope Zincalume® and Colorbond® steel which is a minimum of one millimetre thick. (Other thicknesses may be used as required). This is significantly thicker than most other tank manufacturers, which means that your tank will outlast other tanks. Our tank walls can be powder coated to suit your colour requirements.

LinersOur liners are manufactured by Jaylon Industries which are one of the largest liner makers in Australia. EVA is exclusive to Heritage Tanks. The materials used are manufactured under the strict guidance of ISO 9001 ratings.

Heritage Tanks utilises .75mm thick Poly Ethylene-co-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) International Standard food grade. This is one of the thickest food grade liners available in Australian made tanks.

EVA is ideal for tank liners as it retains its flexibility, toughness and stress cracking resistance over a wide temperature range.

EVA Specifications (.75mm)

Minimum Tensile Properties (each direction):

1. Density of membrane (g/cm2) 0.942

2. Tensile strength at break N/mm2 25

3. Elongation at break, % 700

4. Puncture Resistance (N) 255

5. Tear Resistance (N) 67

RoofHeritage Tanks have an attractive dome roof with a unique engineer certified truss design. This gives you peace of mind in the strength of the overall structure. The trusses are then covered with a ‘corrie’ Zincalume or colour bond roof sheet. All trusses are fully welded.

ComponentsAll components fitted to a Heritage Tank are of the highest quality. Outlets and overflow tank fittings are brass. Attached are ball valves, fire fighting fittings and overflow pipes. We use a 150mm deep mesh leaf catching assembly. The manhole is durable Zincalume and is lockable.

Heritage Tanks Australia Pty Ltd are pleased to announce the all new gutter system for circular rain water tanks.

The all new Australian designed and manufactured gutter, using Bluescope zincalume or colorbond steel, enables you to collect up to 100% of your rain off your tank roof without compromising the capacity of your tank.

Instead of all your precious rain water from your tank roof going to waste, you can now harvest this precious commodity directly into your water tank.

HOW? With the gutter system fitted to your tank all the rain from your tank roof is directly diverted into your tank via the all new gutter system. The rain runs down the roof and into the gutter system, which diverts the rain water under the corrie profile roof into the water tank. (see diagram overleaf)

The circular tank gutter system can be fitted onto your Heritage Tank when your new tank is installed. The gutter can also be fitted to all existing steel tanks with a profiled roof. This can be done by a plumber, tank installer or as a D.I.Y. kit.
