Parish Announcements
After First Three Masses No Coffee & Donuts today but Scrip Cards are on sale in the basement and OLV bookstore is open.
Christmas Giving Tree If you took one of the ornaments from the Christmas Giving Tree please bring your gift to the
church office by 4 pm this Friday, December 15th along with the tag so we know who it is going to. We can also use
your financial contributions to help those families in our parish who need assistance during this Christmas Season so
they can have joyful Christmas and New Year. Please bring your donations (cash, check or Scrip) to the church office
or you can put them in the collection basket in an envelope clearly marked “Christmas Giving Fund”. Thank you for
your generosity. May the Holy Family bless you and your family always!
Thank you to all who helped make the Benedictine fundraiser a huge success. Between the skate night and donations,
over $10,000 was raised for the Benedictine convent. A great start towards the $300,000 needed to finish their Church!
Parents of Servers Please check the server schedule each week to see if your son is assigned to serve that week. If
your son will not be able to fulfill his assigned duty, please call Mr. Goggin at the number below and inform him of
this fact so he can make other arrangements. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter since it makes things
run much more smoothly in the sacristy when all the assigned servers show up as scheduled.
Thanks to your generous contributions we have sent nearly $4450 to Menzingen for the SSPX Foreign Missions. May
God bless you!

Spiritual & Apostolic Societies
Heart of Mary Guild is hosting a ladies day of recollection this Saturday. This is a great opportunity to step away
from the daily grind for a little while and spend time with Our Lord and His Blessed Mother before Christmas. The
day of recollection will start at 8:00 with Mass, followed by a potluck breakfast and it will end at 12:15 with Benedic-
tion. The recollection will include a conference by Fr Dreher, Stations of the Cross and time for Confessions. All la-
dies of the parish are welcome to come, we only ask that you RSVP so that we can plan the food so that everyone is
not bringing the same thing. You can email confirmation to [email protected] or call Dianne Streibeck at
509-981-2072. We look forward to seeing all the ladies of the parish there.
Holy Name Sunday will be next Sunday, December 17th with Corporate Communion at the 8:30 am Mass and the
meeting following. All men of the parish are invited to attend.
Holy Name Society Christmas Trees are available for purchase (and pick-up) after all the Masses today behind the
parking lot, near the sheds. If you already purchased a tree, you must check in with a HNS member/helper to collect
your tree. If you have not purchased a tree, you may purchase one today and take it home with you. You can also
purchase trees at the church office Dec 11-15. The final purchase and pick-up date is next Sunday, December 17th!
Keep Christ in Christmas magnets for your car or truck are also on sale by the HNS for $5 (at the SCRIP table or
in the bookstore.) Stop by and pick yours up today.
Altar Server Practice will take place this Saturday after the 8 am Mass. All servers should plan to attend.
