Tyee Club seats are available in various areas throughout the arena. The entire lower bowl and all chairback seats in the upper bowl are designated as Tyee Club seats (rows 1-20). In a few sections there are also bleachers with backs designated as Tyee Club seats in rows 21-26.

In addition to great seats, Tyee Club tickets offer enhanced benefits. Most notably the option to purchase a season parking pass and priority access to purchase postseason tournament tickets. While Tyee Club seat-related gifts are no longer tax deductible, they do earn full Tyee Club priority points and count towards member benefits.

Price improvements have been made to many of the general season ticket locations this year as we strive to be as affordable and family friendly as possible for our season ticket holders.

Customers will be able to make selections at all price points when their appointment window opens. For full seating details, please reference the map on the back of this guide.

S E L E C T I O N P O L I C Y

In an effort to maximize seating, no one will be allowed to leave a single empty seat between the aisle or any other seats. This is a strict and non-negotiable policy.

Thank you for placing your deposit for season tickets for the 2019-20 Husky Men’s Basketball season. The support and dedication from season ticket holders like you is essential to the success of Husky Basketball and a key part of Coach Hopkins’ vision.

2019-20 is a full reallocation season inside Alaska Airlines Arena, giving you the opportunity to choose the best seats and views in the house. The following pages detail the selection process and the steps you need to take to prepare for your seat selection appointment. Also enclosed is your seat selection sheet, which highlights your account information and when your window opens to select seats. Remember, you must select seats for the 2019-20 season.

SEATING INFORMATIONTICKET & TYEE CLUB SEAT-RELATED GIFT PAYMENT Season ticket balances and Tyee Club seat-related gifts are paid separately which means two separate transactions. Season ticket balances are charged through the Husky Ticket Office while Tyee Club seat-related gifts are processed through the UW Foundation.

• Season ticket payment is due to the Husky Ticket Office at the time of seat selection. Your $100-per-seat deposit will be applied at checkout. Your seats will be confirmed only upon full payment or enrollment in a payment plan.

• IMPORTANT: Tyee Club seat-related gifts are also due at the time of selection. The gift amount is due in full or you may activate a four-month payment plan (outlined below). If selecting on the phone or in person, a seat selection representative will assist you. If selecting online, you will be directed to the UW Foundation website after selection to complete your seat-related gift transaction. Seat-related gifts must be paid in full or a payment plan started to confirm your seats.

• For ticket payment plans, credit cards will be charged in four equal installments on July 15th, August 15th, September 15th and October 15th of 2019.

• For Tyee Club seat-related gift payment plans, the charges will occur on day of selection and on August 15th, September 15th, and October 15th of 2019.

PARKING• Tyee Club Parking: One of the key benefits to selecting Tyee Club seats is the priority to purchase a season parking pass. Parking is allocated based on priority rank and those accounts that select Tyee Club seats will receive a parking application later this summer.

• General Parking: Parking will be available for purchase on game days in various campus lots on a first come first serve basis.

Helpful Tips for Online Selection• Have your ticket account number and account password ready to log in. You may log-in 48 hours prior to your appointment time and see availability, however, you will not be able to select until your appointment time.• Have your payment ready. You must pay for your tickets and seat-related gift in full or set up a payment plan to confirm your selection.• Remember, if you select seats in a Tyee Club section a seat-related gift is required to complete your transaction. Follow the link on the final ticket page to complete your online gift. • If you experience a problem while selecting online call 206.221.SEAT (7348) right away.

Call 206.221.SEAT (7328) at your appointment window to select your seats with a member of our seat selection team. Please, do not call early as selections cannot begin until your appointment time and other patrons will be selecting their seats.

Choose your seats in person with a member of our seat selection team at Alaska Airlines Arena.

IMPORTANT: Arrive prior to your appointment window. You may access the arena and review available seats as early as you like. However, once your appointment time comes, you must meet with a seat selection representative and make a selection. If you are not ready to select at your appointment window, the seat selection team will move on to the next person in line and you’ll be able to select at any time moving forward.

DIRECTIONS TO SEAT SELECTION AT ALASKA AIRLINES ARENA: From either direction of Highway 520, take the Montlake Boulevard NE exit. Turn north onto Montlake Boulevard and proceed toward Husky Stadium. Turn right at Pacific into the main entrance to Husky Stadium. The marquee board will be in front of you and Alaska Airlines Arena will be to your left. Take an immediate left into the E-17 parking lot. There will be complimentary parking spots in the E-17 parking lot marked with a “Seat Selection Parking” sign. If all marked spaces are full, please come into the arena to get a parking code for the meters from the receptionist. Do not park in an unmarked or non-metered spot.
