He even touches on the famed plush toy that was given Roosevelt’s nickname when it was first sold - the teddy bear.

This Blessed Plot, This Earth is a mural painting by renowned artist Elizabeth Indianos that was commissioned by the City of Tarpon Springs through the Public Art Committee. It was completed in 2021 and graces the two north walls of the Cultural Center’s gallery. It dramatically illustrates the history of Tarpon Springs combining native plants, animals, historic buildings, and people. Indianos, as playwright, brings some mural subjects “to life” and incorporates the stories they must tell in this inspiring, hour-long performance staged right in front of the mural!

Seating: All performances at the Performing Arts Center and Cultural Center are reserved seating. Heritage Museum and Safford House concerts and shows are general admission. Please advise the Ticket Office of any special seating needs.

Although the situation rarely occurs, Tarpon Arts reserves the right to change your seat if necessary because of production issues, audience safety or duplicate seating.

Late seating is at the discretion of House Management and may not be available at all performances.

Parking: Parking is free at all locations. There are parking lots and street parking on all sides of the Performing Arts Center.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available from the Ticket Office in any value amount.

Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. NO refunds will be issued. Tarpon Arts Members may exchange tickets no later than 24 hours prior to performance.

Concessions: A variety of drinks and snacks are available for purchase before the performance and during intermission. Only bottled water is permitted in the theaters. Cash and select bank cards are accepted at the Performing Arts Center. Concessions are cash only at the Cultural Center, Heritage Museum and Safford House.
