333 North Diamond Street, New Orleans, LA
The PropertyBuilt into the brickwork that still graces the St. Joseph Street elevation, the stylized eagle chained to a large “S” with a threshing tool and grains of barley is the emblem of the Security Brewing Company. One of a reported 41 pre-prohibition breweries that were located in the city of New Orleans, the brewery, owned by Peter Blaise, operated at this location from 1894 until 1913.
The subject property is located in the New Orleans Warehouse District, so named because it was once home to various 20th century factories, foundries and warehouses. It has now transformed into a plethora of art galleries, music venues, retail shops, apartments, condos, hotels, award-winning restaurants and world-class museums.
This offering is particularly well-suited for redevelopment into hotel, office or residential use, with striking upper floor cityscape views of New Orleans.
