Foam-in-Bag Molding ProcessCustom-designed cushions that provide optimum protection are produced quickly and easily by any Instapak® foam-in-bagmolding system.

1. With the push of a button, the SpeedyPacker® system quickly dispenses an Instapak® foam-filled bag.

2. When placed into the vertical mold enclosure, the foam-filled bag is drawn in to the mold by an on-board vacuum.

3. After the cushion has beenallowed to fully expand, the operator removes it with the help of a built-inair ejection system.

4. In under a minute, custom-designed packaging is ready to protect your product during shipping and handling.
