Dear Sirs!The “ETN Cyclone” company attracts partners and
interested person in the new project on creation of oil
refinery on the basis of the sea tanker.
Handymax bulk ship type
About usThe “ETN Cyclone” company is the Russian company,
developer and producer of modular mini oil refineries
on basic of WR technology, capable to conduct deep
oil refining of various parameters.
Our mini oil refineries are already established
in Russia, Kazakhstan, installation works on assembly
of new plant in Indonesia are at the moment
conducted.
Description of the project.
In view of the general shortage of refinery capacities in the world.
And also legislations of many countries of the oil refineries limiting
construction, our company decided to create the pilot project on
installation of oil refinery of production of the
ETN Cyclone company, on the sea Handymax tanker.
Vessels are used by the Handymax
or Supramax size to bulk ships with
a deadweight from 35000 to 60000 tons.
Vessels of this type have in length of 150-200 meters though in some
cargo terminals, for example in Japan, many vessels of the Handymax
sizes have case length no more than 190 meters.
Listed above allows to establish on this vessel of oil refinery with
a general power of processing of 500.000 tons per year. We
consider it the most optimum option, considering that average
monthly contracts of petrotraders make no more
than 50.000 tons a month.
Competition and risks.At the moment only the SHEL company is engaged of development and
implementation of the similar project, but they build the tanker oil refinery of much bigger scale.
Their planned power more than 6.000.000 million tons per year. The similar project demands incommensurably big expenses than the project offered
by the ETN Cyclone company and consequently does impossible participation in the project of small and average business.
We as developers of the project do guarantee work of our installation, and also we have possibility of providing the guarantee contract for purchase of
crude oil and for sale of the final product, after completion of works mounting of our oil refinery directly on the tanker.
The low cost of our equipment for oil refining guarantees full payback of the project in 2-3 years.
